WHAT IS CORE360?
CORE360 IS A PREMIER EVENT FOR CHRISTIAN LEADERS IN MINISTRY AND BUSINESS. Hosted by famed author, pastor, and
mentor Dr. Dwight “Ike” Reighard, CORE360 is led by today’s top Christian leaders and mentors drawn from across the
country. It examines, diagnoses, and encourages full maturity in 5 key areas that make up a healthy CORE in every
leader: SPIRITUAL, EMOTIONAL, MENTAL, VOCATIONAL, and RELATIONAL.
WHY ATTEND CORE360?
Leaders seek out God’s will, but they don’t always know how to live that will out. Have you ever wondered how to
identify the internal and external factors that contribute to your overall success? Have you ever struggled with the
desire to accomplish God-inspired goals, but for some reason they have eluded you? Are you ready to take the next
step in personal growth and leadership?
CORE360 provides time away from daily pressures, giving each leader who attends the resources to understand his or
her standings in the 5 key CORE areas. This knowledge along with scheduled time, one-on-one, with today’s Christian
leaders and Life Coaches, allows each participant to develop a life plan that will take aspirations from mere dreams into
purposeful accomplishments.
WHO ATTENDS CORE360?
CORE360 is for Christian leaders whether pastors, business leaders, or executives of para-church or non-profit
organizations. The intentional blend of leaders creates the ultimate exchange: pastors learn from executive business
types while executive business types learn from pastors. Spouses also benefit through targeted workshops designed just
for them.
CORE360: WHEN & WHERE?
CORE360 is intentionally scheduled for the week after Easter each year, offering a true gift of time away in the world’s
most dynamic cities. CORE360 will be held in Maui in 2015, New York City in 2016, and Israel in 2017 with more dates
and locations coming soon.

DR. DWIGHT “IKE” REIGHARD
Dr. Dwight “Ike” Reighard is the President and CEO of MUST Ministries, serving almost 34,000 people a year
struggling in poverty. Ike has successfully combined business experience with ministry and has an outstanding
reputation for transforming communities through serving others.
Ike is also Senior Pastor at Piedmont Church. Since 2005, he has guided the building of membership and
service to a high and sustainable level. He continues to minister and maintain a strong relationship with his
church. Previously, he was Founding Pastor of NorthStar Church and guided that church to unprecedented
growth from 1997 until 2006. NorthStar is recognized as a mega church and noted as the fastest growing
church start-up in the world’s largest Protestant denomination.
In the corporate arena, Ike served as Executive Vice President, Chief People Officer and originator of The Office of People and Culture
for HomeBanc Mortgage Corporation from 2000 until 2007. HomeBanc was selected and benchmarked in FORTUNE Magazine’s list of
the “100 Best Places to Work in America” by the Great Places to Work Institute of San Francisco. Over the four-year span, the
company ranked as high as number 14 on this most impressive list of America’s greatest workplaces. The enterprise was also
selected in the top two for four straight years in the medium and large size categories as “The A+ Employers of Atlanta” by the
Atlanta Business Chronicle. Under Ike’s leadership, this company was nominated and won the 2006 Turknett Leadership award for
Leadership Character.
He has co-authored two popular daily inspirational books, “Success Insights” and “Daily Insights”, with Zig Ziglar for Tyndale House
Publishing. He is also the author of “Treasures From The Dark”, “Discovering Your North Star” and “Discovering Your North Star
Journal” and is contributing author to “Human Capital Management Strategies”. He and his wife, Robin, have two grown daughters,
Abigail and Danielle, and a granddaughter, Addison, who live in Cobb County. Robin is the co-owner of CRS Design Firm.
CHARLES BILLINGSLEY
When he was 22 years old, the day after his college graduation Charles Billingsley packed up his red two-door
Ford Explorer, attached a little trailer behind it and headed to a church in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina to
perform his first professional concert.
Two years after graduating from Samford University, Billingsley joined Christian music group NewSong as their
lead vocalist. In 1996 he moved on to begin his solo career and traveled the country, performing an average of
200 concerts a year. In 2000 and 2001 he and Shae were blessed with the births of their sons Caleb and
Cooper, and when the boys were just babies the family decided to take a step of faith and move to Lynchburg,
Virginia where Billingsley became worship pastor at Thomas Road Church and artist-in-residence at Liberty
University.
In 2005 the family moved across the country to serve alongside Dr. David Jeremiah at Shadow Mountain Community Church and
Turning Point Ministries in San Diego, California. Two years later the Billingsleys felt God’s call to return to Lynchburg where the family
has been residing ever since. In addition to his roles as worship leader at Thomas Road and his involvement in the worship
department at Liberty University, Billingsley has also taken on Red Tie Music, a music publishing company, and several small
businesses on the side. Billingsley still makes time to minister to an average of 100,000 people each year by leading worship at
conferences all over the country.
In 2009 the future of Charles Billingsley’s music ministry looked uncertain. An aggravated blood vessel burst on his vocal cords
leaving the singer with a sizable polyp. Billingsley was told he would have to undergo surgery to remove it and no other options
existed. With many fearful questions arising about his voice, questioning if he’d ever be able to sing again, the night before his
surgery friends gathered to pray over him. The last man to pray put his hand on Billingsley’s throat and said, “If you never sing
again, will you still love God? Will you still serve God? Will you still worship God?” Billingsley replied, in a moment of pure
transparency, “I think so.” After surgery and five days of silence Billingsley’s vocal cords healed. Two weeks later he did a concert.
Through that faith-trying experience he was reminded that the source of his song is God alone. “God used that polyp on my voice to
refocus me,” Billingsley said. “Before that polyp, I used my voice for success. Now I want to use it for significance.”

Providing life changing soul care for Christian leaders and the organizations where they serve
Restoring the Soul’s vision is that every Christian leader in the world have the opportunity to experience restoration and healing in an
environment of saftey, grace, and truth. But what is restoration? Is it getting people back into ministry as quickly as possible?
Hardly. Restoration is the development of a deeper, truer knowledge of what God is really like, along with an increased capacity to
reflect from the heart what God is like. Therefore, our passion is to come alongside Christian leaders in times of personal
brokenness, to cooperate with God, being led by the Spirit, and to facilitate the removal of any barriers that stand in the way of
knowing Him more deeply and loving others more powerfully.
REV. MICHAEL JOHN CUSICK, MA, LPC
Michael is a licensed professional counselor, spiritual director, speaker, and author whose passion is to bridge
the gap between the broken realities of life and the reality of God’s Larger Story. Having experienced his own
deep brokenness, and the restoring touch of God’s grace in his life and marriage, Michael serves as President
and Founder of Restoring the Soul, a ministry offering intensive soul care to leaders and emerging leaders
worldwide.
Michael is the author of the groundbreaking book, Surfing for God: Discovering the Divine Desire Beneath
Sexual Struggle, and has been published in The Huffington Post, Relevant, Prism, to name a few.
As a former hostage to the ivory tower of full-time academia, Michael currently serves as an adjunct professor
at Denver Seminary where he teaches on addictions, human sexuality, and spiritual formation.
As a speaker and communicator, Michael has ministered to audiences around the world. With disarming transparency, lively humor,
and compelling biblical insight, Michael has spoken to groups such as CreationFest, Promise Keepers, The Navigators, Campus
Crusade for Christ, Youth for Christ, Young Life, Focus on the Family, Officers Christian Fellowship, Christian Medical Association, and
numerous churches, denominations, and para-church organizations.
Michael lives with his wife Julianne, and two children, in Littleton, Colorado, where he enjoys mountain biking and trail running in the
Rocky Mountains, travel, and brewed caffeinated beverages at all hours of the day.
JULIANNE CUSICK
Julianne Cusick is a former corporate trainer who now partners with her husband Michael through Restoring
the Soul. Julianne’s passion is to fight for the hearts of women who are silenced by shame and fear related to
their husbands sexual brokenness.
A dynamic and engaging communicator, Julianne speaks to Christian organizations, women’s groups, and
retreats, all from the voice and hope of her own story of healing and redemption. Julianne is the mother of
two active grade school children. She enjoys gardening, the outdoors, and spending time with friends.
Julianne is available to meet with women for individual ministry sessions as well as partnering with Michael
during soul care intensives.

2015 CONFERENCE SCHEDULE
Have you ever felt dissatisfied with your life or role as a leader? Or maybe you aspire to a bigger vision
but you’re bogged down in day-to-day obligations. The key to change starts at your CORE. If you can
change the way you think, it will change the way you feel; if you change the way you feel, it will change
your actions. Change or “transformation” takes us from emptiness to fullness, from defeat and failure
to faith and victory, from insecurity and inferiority to courage and to boldness. It helps us to become
the leaders that God wants us to be. We’ll examine these CORE components this week and help you
transform your aspirations into accomplishments.

CORE: SPIRITUAL (led by Dr. Ike Reighard and Charles Billingsley)
As Christians, this may seem obvious to being the leader we are called to be. But it’s no secret that
this, many times, is the most neglected in our own lives as we are building into the lives of those we
lead. In the midst of our busy lives it takes extra effort to stay spiritually healthy. So many things
compete for our attention. We long to know God more deeply, but it seems next to impossible...and
we wonder why we feel spiritually empty, dried up, even sick.

CORE: EMOTIONAL and MENTAL (led by Michael and Julianne Cusick)

behavior. They are able to handle life’s challenges, build strong relationships, and recover from
setbacks. Improving your emotional and mental health can be a rewarding experience, benefiting all
aspects of your life, including boosting your mood, building resilience, and adding to your overall
enjoyment of life and effectiveness as a leader.
