Hawaii County Economic Opportunity Council seeks to purchase a 12 seat, wheelchair
accessible van suitable for travel over the various terrain and grades in Hawaii County. Vehicle
will be easily modified to allow for Twelve(12) passenger seats or three wheelchair positions.
