1) Echocardiogram – A video ultrasound of the heart which may detect enlargement of the heart,
valve abnormalities, blood clots, tumors, and more.
2) Arterial Doppler/Stroke Ultrasound – This ultrasound looks at the femoral arteries in the legs to detect
the presence of plaque, one of the leading causes of stroke.
3) Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Ultrasound – This ultrasound checks for aneurysms in the abdomen.
The danger lies in the risk of the aneurysm bursting or rupturing. (Four hour fast required).
4) Pulmonary Function Test – This test measures lung function and is used to diagnose asthma,
chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and other conditions that affect breathing.
