THINKING ABOUT A CALLING TO THE
PERMANENT DIACONATE?
His Excellency, the Most Reverend Edgar M. da
Cunha, Bishop of Fall River, has authorized the formation of a new class for the formation of Permanent
Deacons.
If you know of anyone who wishes to be considered for
the next class, please notify Fr. Kevin as soon as possible. An and information evening is scheduled for
March 24, 2015, at St. Mary’s Church in New Bedford,

Fall of 2015. Please pray for any men you think the
Lord may be calling to this great vocation.
PLEASE KEEP IN YOUR PRAYERS
In the last week two of our parishioners passed away and we ask for your prayers for them and their families.
Please pray for Alvarina Matthews and Clare Galuski. Alvarina’s funeral was Thursday, March 19th and
Clare’s funeral was Saturday, March 21st.
MANY THANKS
I just wanted to thank everyone for their kindness and well wishes last week. Obviously some guy in the parish worked very hard to make sure everyone knew of their pastor’s birthday. I think I need to admit defeat to
JR that I can’t top his efforts and hopefully next year there will not be as much attention to the birthday.

Pack 87 will be holding a Spaghetti Dinner & Raffle Auction, on April 11, 2015 at the Holy Family Parish Center. Doors will open at 5pm, tickets are available $5.00 for Children and $6.00 for Adults.
