SELECTION TRIALS
Newcastle International Hockey Stadium June 13th 2015. 8am – 7pm.
Selection nomination fee $44.00 non-refundable, paid at time of nomination.
Nomination forms for selection on website and closing date is 1st June.
Format:
7.15 – selectors meeting
7.30 – OFP meeting for running of day.
8.00 – 10.00 35’s / 40’s
10.00 – 12.00 45’s / 50’s
12.00 – 1.30 55’s / 60s
1.30 – 3.00 35’s / 40’s
3.00 – 4.00 Goalkeepers
4.00 – 5.30 45’s / 50’s
5.30 – 7.00 55’s / 60’s
Sunday morning 14th June 9.00 am selectors and all OFP meeting at hockey centre
Selected teams placed on HNSW website by COB Tuesday 16th June.
All participants nominating must try on the uniform in Newcastle and record their own sizes
on the uniform sheet provided. Selected players will then input their uniform requirements
on the online Uniform Order Form provided by HNSW. Invoices for selected players’
uniforms sent by HNSW.
STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS
Bathurst Hockey Complex
Lunchtime Thursday July 23rd - Sunday July 26th 2015
It is anticipated that those geographically near to Bathurst will be playing on Thursday
afternoon.
Team nominations $550 per team and HNSW will invoice.
Team nominations close May 31st 2015.
Team details list if not supplied with nominations must be entered to HNSW by 30th June
2015
AGM Friday afternoon 24th July 5.00 – 6.00pm at Hockey clubhouse.
30 Year Celebration function at CSU Rafters Bar (tapas and finger food) and presentation
jumpers. More information forthcoming shortly.
Opening ceremony Saturday 25th July 9.00.
All other info from Bathurst the host Association to be advised (tent hire, merchandising etc)
NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS
Team commitments Monday 21st September 2015 - Sunday 4th October 2015
Levy as yet to be determined.
Accommodation at Oaks Festival Towers, 108 Albert Street, BRISBANE
All participants to organise own flights and must be in accommodation by 9.00pm Monday
21st September.
Team training Tuesday 22nd (may be as early as 8.00am) and Wednesday 23rd.

31st May 2015 – closing date for State Championship team entries.
1st June 2015 – Closing date for State Selection nominations.
13th June 2015 – State Teams selection trials in Newcastle.
19th June 2015 – State Teams announcements and submissions for uniform orders online.
30th June 2015 – Closing date for team details for State Championships.
