BOAT, PERSONAL WATERCRAFT AND GOLF CART REGISTRATION
All golf carts used in Holly Lake Resort must conform to the rules and regulations governing their
use. All carts must be insured, have 3” high site number on both sides and the green registration
sticker that is issued by the office affixed to the cart. Please refer to Article 13, Rules and
Regulations of Holly Lake Resort for a complete list of requirements.
Please remember that the speed limit at HL when driving golf carts is 5mph.
The form below must be filled out and returned to the office before May 1, 2015 to continue to use
your golf cart in Holly Lake.
Boats and PWC’s on trailers that are stored in the boat storage area must conform to the rules and
regulations regarding their storage. Boats and PWC’s are only to be parked in a spot which is
assigned by the office. Each unit owner is allowed only one spot for either a boat or a PWC and they
must be registered with the Motor Vehicle Agency under the unit owner’s name.
Reassignment of spots may be needed due to changing circumstances. Holly Lake Resort reserves
the right to move vessels on trailers or empty trailers due to unforeseen circumstances.
Boats, PWC’s covers etc. must be maintained in an operational/functioning condition. Owners must
maintain current motor vehicle registration and liability insurance on the vessel and trailer.
All trailers will have the unit number on the trailer tongue and a green registration sticker which
will be issued by the office. Please refer to Article 13, Rules and Regulations for a complete list of
requirements.
All boats that are covered must have the cover installed in such a way that water will not pool on
the cover creating a breeding ground for mosquitoes.
Boats, PWC’s and trailers are not to be stored on the unit owner’s site at any time.
Boats and PWC’s are to be registered in the office by May 1, 2015 for storage in the 2015 season.
The boat storage area is for vessels being used regularly and not for long term or dead storage.
Please note that golf cart and boat storage regulations will be strictly enforced during the 2015 season.
