Off-The-Bone Ham
$4.99/ lb
Delicious whole muscle
boneless ham…
no water added!

While supply lasts! Whole hams average 10 lbs
and will serve approximately35-40 people.
Honey Glazed Easter Ham
Off-The Bone Ham (cut ½” deep crisscrosses across top of ham, if desired)
1 stick real butter, melted
¼ c. packed brown sugar
1 c. honey
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
Gently heat the butter, brown sugar, honey & ground cloves together
until the sugar is dissolved. Keep warm. Place the whole ham into a
large baking pan lined with heavy duty aluminum foil (spray foil).
Heavily baste the ham with the warm glaze. Cover with foil and heat in
the oven at 250 degrees for 1 ½-2 hours, or until ham is heated through.
Baste heavily every 20 minutes. Uncover the last 10 minutes, baste
again, and rub the ham with brown sugar. Broil for a few minutes until
the ham is slightly caramelized, but do not burn. Let sit 10 minutes
before serving. Slice and serve for Easter!
