Hotel Show 2015 - Hotel Show Colombo

South Asia's most successful hospitality trade exhibition, Hotel Show 2015 will be held on 22nd, 23rd & 24th
May 2015 at the BMICH, Colombo. As this would be the 10th editon of the event preparations are under way
to make this event one of the best ever yet. Hotel Show 2015 is being organized by the Ceylon Hotel School
Graduates Association together with CDC Events and Travels (Pvt.) Ltd along with the support of the state and
private sector.
Hotel Show, which brings together many hospitality brands is recognized to be the only exhibition of this
nature taking place in Sri Lanka and enjoys strong support of government and tourism authorities. Hotel Show
2015, the 10th edition of the show will be promoted worldwide and a larger number of foreign exhibitors and
high level buyers are expected to participate at this event.
With the accelerated development of the tourism industry in Sri Lanka, the demand for hospitality products
and services is on the rise. Hotel Show 2015 is the ideal event for industry suppliers to present their products
& services, discuss and finalise business with the buyers as they would all be decision makers.
Several concurrent events will take place alongside Hotel Show 2015. The Street Food Carnival, Barista Competition, Fastest Pizza Competition, Hot Cooking Apprentice Culinary Challenge, Cocktail competition and
industry seminars will add extra flavour to the program. Industry leaders from Sri Lanka and overseas will play
key roles in conducting the industry events that are aimed to highlight & uplift the skills of the hospitality fraternity of Sri Lanka whilst the Street Carnival will attract the public to the event.
