He’s been serving our O`ahu customers since this past December as an Outside Sales Representative for the Custom Metal Roofing Department. In this short time he has already realized that one of the best parts of working at HPM is “the feeling of a family environment among co-workers.” The teamwork of his new HPM `ohana and the computerized takeoff software help to make his job enjoyable and efficient. Andrew enjoys serving contractors and do-it-yourselfers equally, and he knows that he has done his job well when his customers feel comfortable throughout the process. No high-pressure sales tactics from Andrew. . . just all the knowledge he has to share and a willingness to listen to people's needs. On his days off, Andrew enjoys fixing and building things, especially found and salvaged bikes which he then donates to the less fortunate. You can also find him frequenting Kalamas Beach in Kailua with his girlfriend Maria, their three boys, Dakota (3), Noah (10), Joey (11), and Lulu the dog. Other animal family members include Shelby the tortoise, zebra finches Sam, Juniper and Valentine, and a blue fighting fish named Mr. Buggle Face.
