Dear Ambulance Vendor,
After an exceptional Annual Conference in 2014, I am pleased to invite you to join us at
our 2015 Illinois State Ambulance Association (ISAA) Annual Conference on October 15 & 16,
2015 at the Par-A-Dice Hotel & Casino in East Peoria, IL.
In addition to the many talented local speakers we have arranged, this year we welcome
back the keynote speaker for our Operations Track, Dr. Christopher Nollette, an accomplished
and well-respected EMS educator and lecturer. Stephen Wirth, founding partner of Page,
Wolfberg & Wirth LLC, will return as our keynote speaker for our Administrative/Billing Track.
For those of you that joined us at last year’s conference, you witnessed first-hand the
packed lecture halls and vendor area. We hope to continue to grow our conference, and build on
the 34 vendor booths and 250+ participants and staff that attended the 2014 Annual Conference.
From the largest EMS agency in the state (with over 1,600 paid employees), to strictly
volunteer departments, our Association represents agencies both large and small; but one thing’s
for sure, there’s power in numbers!
This year we encourage all of our sponsors to have their booths set up no later than 8 a.m.
on Thursday, October 15th. Only those sponsors that join us at the Platinum sponsorship level
will be invited to join us on Friday morning. As always, in addition to your booth, we invite you
to join us for lunch as well as the EMS Party that evening (all food/drinks are included in your
registration fee!). Do to the rapid growth of our conference, vendors will be asked to dine in the
vendor hospitality room.
We appreciate your support of our Annual Conference, and look forward to another
successful year. To register for this year’s conference, please complete the attached registration
form and return with payment to the ISAA. Please note, the number of company representatives
allowed to attend is based on your sponsorship level, and will be enforced. To ensure your
inclusion in all printed materials, registration forms, payment, and logos must be received no later
than September 15, 2015.
In the coming months we will provide updated information regarding vendor layout and
