has performed housing
inspections, capital needs assessments, and
has also worked as a compliance trainer for
agencies in many regions of the country.
Scott has performed more than 10,000
inspections on properties throughout the
country, from physical inspections for
pre-REAC inspections, to capital needs, to
equity inspections for tax credit investors
and owners, pre-MOR reviews, tax credit
audits, and training sessions, both public and
private.
