CENTURY APARTMENTS

Century is an excellent choice for students looking for USC housing close to campus. It offers air-conditioned one bedroom
and two bedroom apartments, each with double occupancy bedrooms. The two bedroom apartments have two room types
in each unit, with the larger bedroom having slightly more floor space and a walk-in closet.
Bedroom
Each bedroom has two beds and can be shared
by up to 2 students. One bedroom apartments
are shared by max. 2 students and two bedroom
apartments are shared by max. 4 students.
Twin rooms for single occupancy are also
available, but need to be requested in advance.
A bed, desk, and dresser is provided for each
student.
Living Room
The living room comes furnished with a dining
table, sofa, coffee table, and lamp.
Bathroom
Each apartment has one bathroom that
includes double sinks and a shower.
Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with a stove,
refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave.
Students need to purchase their own
cookware and utensils (pots, pans, plates, etc.
are not provided).
Laundry
Laundry facilities are available for a small
charge (washers and dryers are card operated).
Students are responsible for washing their
own bed linens and towels.
Internet & TV
Free Wireless Internet with access to USC
On-Campus Network and basic cable
television included. TV sets are not provided.

A meal plan is available for purchase. The
meal plan, loaded on the student’s USC ID
card, includes meals at any of the three

Century has a large parking garage as well as
three additional small outdoor lots. Spaces are
available through our Student Services Team
(additional parking fees apply).

All students living in Academy housing
will receive welcome kits on Housing
Move-In Day. Kits include:
