featuring twin 5,500 lbs. axles, electric brakes, and a heavy duty adjustable hitch.

50% deposit places order, balance due on shipping. Price includes a title transfer to the buyer for the trailer and attached tiny home, as is.
Shipping costs are not included in building price. Seller does not recommend using tiny houses on wheels for continuous travel. Tiny House Crafters is not liable for damages
incurred during transportation. Estimated time frame is calculated from the date of your order confirmation. Once building is purchased, there is a $100 fee for discussing changes,
$55/hour per man hours plus material for changes. Order is fully refundable if cancelled within 5 days from the date of the deposit. Otherwise, THC will hold 25% of the building
