Grave yard Janitor
Summary: Position will be responsible for providing commercial office cleaning services to assigned properties.
Reports to: Cleaning Lead, Cleaning Coordinator & Maintenance Manager of Property Management
Work Schedule: Monday thru Friday, this is a grave yard shift 6pm-3am.
Duties include:










Clean office space
Mop
Vacuum
Remove trash
Clean bathrooms
Dust
Clean mirrors
Sweep
Change trash bags
Push light weight cleaning cart



Able to work a grave shift
Ability to complete daily tasks.

Bilingual English/Spanish
Reliable Transportation, valid Driver’s License,

Building Porter = Pay rate $10.00 per hour Day Shift
Porters do a bit of everything to keep businesses running cleanly and smoothly. Similar to custodians and janitors, porters work to
make sure that all types of buildings are neat, clean, free from clutter and safe. Custodians spend their days picking up trash,
sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, or using industrial cleaning equipment to clean floors, cleaning and stocking bathrooms. In addition,
porters might run errands for employees, deliver items, move stock, or anything else that employees might need.
Interpersonal Skills: Many porters work during regular office hours, while company employees are working. Being friendly and
pleasant will help you in your job. Mechanical Skills: Porters need to understand how to work industrial equipment like floor buffers,
industrial floor washers, and fix small building problems, like leaky faucets or faulty light switches. Strength and Stamina: You will
need to lift heavy objects and spend most of your time on your feet.
Interested candidates MUST have a clean background--Must be bilingual English and Spanish--Candidates must not have any visible
tattoos.

Pasadena Branch
LANDSCAPING:
(Pasadena & San Gabriel Valley, CA) $9/hr +plus – General landscaping/gardening at
residential homes for example mowing, weed-whacking, re-sodding, trimming ivy, day
watering, planting and trash clean up. Must pass background and have people-friendly
personality.
HOSPITALITY:
(Pasadena & San Gabriel Valley, CA) $Pay Varies – we are always recruiting for experience
Dishwashers, Servers, Prep/Line Cooks, Cooks, Sous Chef and Housekeepers (Hotel and
Residential). Must own slip resistant shoes and pass a background. ON CALL
WAREHOUSE:
Soto Provisions (Alhambra, CA) $9.50/hr – Food wholesaler warehouse picking orders from
shelves and loading them on delivery trucks or semi-trailers for delivery the following morning.
Shift is 6pm – 4am (or later) on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Friday also will be working
in cold storage or freezer areas. Must own steel toe boots.
DRIVER:
CarMax (Duarte, CA) $9/hr – Car dealership driving used vehicles through the bidding area of
the weekly dealer auto auction. Must be able to pass a background check which includes a
motor vehicle report with a valid Class C license and an in-house drug screening. Tuesday and
Friday morning shifts for total of 4 hours.
(Pasadena, CA) – customers at times will call for Class “C” deliver drivers must have a clean
MVR and pass an in-house drug screen, a H6 print out from DMV will help. ON CALL
WASTE:
Arcadia Reclamation Inc (Irwindale, CA) $9/hr – “The Pit” picking through construction dirt
that is dumped at their site, for metal and other debris. Monday – Friday work shifts run from
6:30am – 3pm and 7:30am – 4pm, will be working outdoors in good weather and bad weather.
Must own pair of steel-toe boots pass an in-house drug screening and read/sign work
agreements provided by the customer.
AUTOMOTIVE:
(Pasadena & San Gabriel Valley) $Pay Varies by Experience – Automotive tech (mechanic) with
own tools. Automotive repairs (preventative maintenance to wide variety of mechanical/fleet
auto).
CONSTRUCTION:
Pasadena, CA $9/hr - Unskilled general labor at a construction site must own steel-toe boots.
CERTIFICATIONS:
