A space in the vendor area will be provided for you, but you must provide your table, chairs, etc.
Table placement for ONE location only. 2nd table placement for additional $50
Non-profits may participate at $50 charge.
Vendors that agree to promote this event through their e-blast list, social media, etc., will receive $25 off this price.

Set-up starts at 8AM on Aug 9th, 2015 and we ask that you set up no later than 9AM
You will be able to drive up to your space to unload, but will have to move your car to a neighboring parking lot.
Business promotional items may be given away at your table

Waiver and Release
WAIVER AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS, ASSUMPTION OF RISK,
AND WARNING OF RISK
K9 waiver: By signing this document I, as the participant/owner/agent/guardian,
guarantee that I will be personally liable for all expenses resulting from K9nMe
activities, veterinarian fees, property damage fees or any other expenses or injuries.
I understand that as the owner/agent/guardian agree to indemnify and hold
harmless K9nMe owners, sponsors, agents, volunteers and employees for any damaging acts to property or other animals while me and/or my pet is on the premises
of a K9nMe event. Also by signing this form I authorize any K9nMe agent, volunteer
and/or employee to seek immediate veterinary care for my dog if deemed necessary
by the agent and/or employee. I accept all risks involved and agree that K9nMe is not
liable for any injuries or illnesses during me or my dog attendance or participation.
I further understand that due to the way that dogs interact with one another, minor
cuts and scratches can occur even though the dogs are carefully supervised. I also understand and agree that in being present and at a K9nME event they are relying upon
my representation and warranty that my dog is in good health and it has not harmed
or shown aggressive or threatening behavior towards any person or any other dogs.
I will always keep my dog on a non-retractable leash while at the event.
I represent and warrant that my dog has not been ill with any communicable condition or otherwise in the last 30 days before his/her participation. I also represent
and warrant that all required vaccinations for the dog are up to date. I hereby release
K9nMe from all liability for any loss or expense that I may suffer or bear as a result of
any happenings (such as disappearance, runaway, sickness, injury, death from any
cause, fire, theft etc.) through transportation or otherwise during the time that my
dog is in the custody and control of K9nMe. K9nMe reserves the right to refuse participation and permanently remove any dog at any time and for any reason without
explanation.
I certify that I have read and understood the terms as set forth herein and that I have
read and understood this agreement and I agree to abide by all K9nMe policies and
accept all the terms, conditions and statements of this agreement and confirm the
truthfulness of the contents of the application form completed by me. I certify by
signing this document that I am fully aware of all risks and that this document is
considered legal and binding.
My agreement to the terms of this Waiver of Liability and Release is being provided
in consideration of K9nMe and sponsors of the event, permitting me, or my dog with
the legal authority to sign this Waiver and Release of Liability and in such I acknowledge and agree that participation in the Event is voluntary.
I agree not to participate in the Event unless I am physically and medically able to
do so., I acknowledge and agree that participation in the Event presents obstacles,
including but not limited to climbs, jumps, and hills; that the Event requires feats of
a person’s physical and mental limits; and that the Event carries with it the potential
for serious injury, including death, and property loss, I ASSUME ALL RISKS associated
with participating in the Event, both known and unknown, even if arising from the
negligence of the Releases (as defined below) or others. These risks include those set
forth above and others, including not limited to falls, contact with other participants,
negligent or willful acts of other participants, defects in equipment or in the condition of the premises, and the effects of the weather, including high heat, humidity,
cold, rain and other adverse weather conditions.
I HEREBY WAIVE, RELEASE and FOREVER DISCHARGE K9nMe Management, any operator or promoter of the Event any owner or landlord of the Event venue (including
but not limited to LEAVE THIS BLANK B/C I have to add sponsors name for insurance
to be valid), and any person or entity advertising or otherwise sponsoring products
or services at the Event and their parent companies, subsidiaries, other affiliates and
assigns, and each of their owners, directors, officers, employees, representatives
agents, volunteers and clubs (the “Releasees”) from, and COVENANT NOT TO SUE, any
of the Releasees for, any and all claims, losses, costs, expenses or liabilities (including
those involving death, disability, personal injury or property damage) arising out of
or relating to my participation in the Event, whether caused, in whole or in part, by
the SOLE OR CONCURRENT NEGLIGENCE of one or more RELEASEES, the NEGLIGENCE
of others (whether active or passive) or the wrongdoing, strict liability or fault of the
Releasees, to the fullest extent permitted by law. I agree that the Releasees are not
responsible in any way for any personal item or other property that is lost or stolen
at the Event, including but not limited to items in the gear check area, I consent to
emergency medical care and transportation in order to obtain treatment in the event
of injury to me, as medical professionals may deem appropriate. The release above
extends to any liability arising out of or in any way connected with medical treatment
and transportation provided in the event of an emergency, I agree not to use any
wheeled baby conveyance or other wheeled device of any nature in the race, and I
acknowledge and agree that no minors are permitted to participate at the events, I
acknowledge and agree that all entries are final with no refunds.
I acknowledge and agree that the Event officials reserve the right to cancel or change
the Event if in their sole judgment such cancellation or change is necessary or prudent due to emergency, severe weather or local or national disaster, and that if there
is a cancellation or change no refund of entry fees will be made. I agree to indemnify the Releasees from any and all third party claims asserted against them that are
caused in whole or in part by my actions, I irrevocably grant permission to K9nMe,
and its affiliates and assigns, and their owners, directors, officers, employees, agents,
volunteers and clubs, to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings or any other record of the Event for any purpose, including but not limited to promoting, advertising and marketing purposes. Any and all photographs, motion pictures, recordings
or other records of the Event are the sole property of K9nMe, and this Agreement
shall be governed by the internal laws of the State of Maryland without regard to
principles of conflicts of laws. Any legal action or proceeding relating to or arising out
of the Event or this Waiver and Release of Liability shall be commenced exclusively in
the state courts. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, I WAIVE THE RIGHT TO
TRIAL BY JURY.
