 Leadership and Legacy:
THE LAND VIEW FROM THE SKY
What keeps you up at night?
What impact do you want to have on your corporation or on the world at large?
What legacy do you want to leave in history and/or for your family?
These are the most frequently asked questions when top Fortune 500 CEOs and influential people
are interviewed.
Why should this only be a concern for such a specific segment of the global population?
We believe that a person of means can have a real and immediate potential for impact, and that
they can realise this potential quickly.
This is what we can share with you. Based on experience from the corporate world and from the
Financial Times Guide to Leadership, by attending the programme you will:
•
•
•
•
Better understand your uniqueness;
Develop your leadership self-awareness;
Enhance and/or transform your business understanding, thus ultimately …
Unleashing your potential impact for a better legacy.
If you are up for the challenge and the experience, get on board with us from the 23rd to the 25th
of April, 2015.
You will ascend through the following spheres: You, the business world, to finally shape a different
perspective on your world.
The first milestone (Day One) is dedicated to YOU.
We will help you in revealing your uniqueness, and guide you on a path of reinvention so that you
will be positioned for maximum benefit from the programme.
You will be invited to share the things that keep you up at night, and what impact you wish to have
on your own life, your business, and your legacy.
THIS groundwork is the material for us to use, in real time, to break through and reach the second
stage of the journey. Then (Day Two), through live problem-solving discussions, everyone will be
given the opportunity to innovate, share, enrich, and reach a deeper level of excellence.
Finally (Day Three), the paramount achievement will be for you to commit to and craft your own
legacy project, supported by a historical perspective on wealth and impact, and give you the
opportunity to craft the trail that you’ll leave behind.*
* Please see detailed programme description on page 3.
Through this 3-day journey, you will:
•
•
•
•
Develop a higher sense of self,
Discover and reconcile your personal and business identities,
Articulate your legacy priorities,
And finally, you will design a personal, relevant, and sound legacy plan.
Get on board if you are curious, hungry to make an impact, and legacy-focused, with an appetite
for an alternative experience and a desire for change.
