We repeat the same type of
mistakes in every project.
Everybody knows about the
problems, but nobody knows
what to do about them.

What is NCC projektstudio?
NCC Projektstudio is about
collaboration enabled by colocation,
where all the different actors involved
are physically located in the same
facility.
The physical gathering enables both
formal as well as informal
communication and collaboration.
Visual Management.
It is a new way of thinking.

To be considered
To initiate the application of NCC
projectstudio, it is important to
make sure the physical conditions
are available.
It is of highest priority that the
architect, civil engineer and the
owner is committing them self to
the project at the collocated
sessions.
Subcontractor, purchaser, offer,
site manager etc are know for the
project in order to affect the
design at the right time and to be
incorporated in the design
process.
