Set in a magnificent waterside location at the heart of the
redeveloped Salford Quays in Greater Manchester, The Lowry
is an architectural flagship with a unique and dynamic identity.
Rising from the regenerated docklands, it is a welcoming building,
designed to reflect the surrounding landscapes and flourishing
waterways, in its glass and metallic surfaces.
The Lowry houses two main theatres which will be used for
!Audacious, Brave & Fearless. The Lowry presents a full range of
drama, opera, ballet, dance, musicals, children’s shows, popular
music, jazz, folk and comedy, as well as gallery spaces; showing
the works of LS Lowry alongside contemporary exhibitions. You
may recognise the venue from watching ‘Britain’s Got Talent.’
This breathtaking international landmark also boasts a restaurant,
cafes & bars with spectacular waterside views and quayside
terraces overlooking the expansive Manchester Ship Canal.
Across from the venue, just a moments walk away, is the
Lowry Outlet Mall. This mall is a great place to relax within one
of the many restaurants and coffee shops, as well do a spot of
retail therapy in some of its 65 shops! It is also home to a large
Vue Cinema, for your entertainment. To see a full range of the

in this pack.
MediaCityUK is situated next to the Lowry Theatre and has been
designed to provide a purpose-built space for creative and digital
businesses, both ITV and the BBC now find their home there.
MediaCityUK is a destination in its own right, complete with bars,

We all know how important it is to eat well while at conference!
Within the Lowry Theatre you will find a restaurant, two coffee
shops and various places to buy drinks and snacks. There is also
a large number of restaurants to choose from within the Lowry
Outlet Mall and at MediaCityUK. On your arrival at the conference
you will receive information regarding which restaurants and
coffee shops have meal deals/discounts available when delegates
present their wrists bands.

TRANSPORT
PUBLIC TRANSPORT TO & FROM SALFORD QUAYS
Should you wish to stay in Manchester City Centre, or if you are
travelling to the conference by public transport Salford Quays is
easily reached by public transport.
The easiest way to travel from Piccadilly Station, Manchester
Victoria Station or the City Centre of Manchester is on the
Metrolink tram system. A week pass for unlimited travel on
the Metrolink is £15.50 for an adult, or £6.70 for a child (5-15
year olds, 11-15 must carry proof of age). Alternatively, for a
day return it is £3.90 for an adult, or £1.60 for a child. For more
information regarding the trams, including further prices and time

Please note that there is no parking at the venue, but there is

THE CLOAK ROOM
We are aware on the final day of conference many of you will
be checking out of your accommodation in the morning and
may have your luggage with you. If you do not have a vehicle to
store your bags in feel free to use the cloak room at the Lowry
theatre. There will be a charge of £1 per item. Please factor in to
your planning that the cloak room may be very busy on Saturday
morning, so please plan accordingly to avoid the disappointment
of missing part of the program.
If you and your group are traveling to conference on a coach
and need to be dropped off or collected from the venue there is
space for this to happen outside the Lowry Theatre. Please note:
Coaches can not park near the venue.

Brave Conference begins on Wednesday evening and after
that it runs throughout each day during Full Spectrum. As part
of the Brave program the children will be taking part in some
activities that will be off site. The daily schedule will be available
from reception during the conference week. Registration opens
each day at 9am, half an hour before the session starts. Brave
Conference morning session will then finish at the same time as
both the Fearless Youth Conference and the main adults sessions,
which is 1:15pm.
BRAVE CONFERENCE
(3-11 YEAR OLDS)
We are so excited to be launching our new kids conference,
BRAVE! We desire to see a generation of passionate kids who
love God, love their family, love the church and love their schools.
Through fun experiences, great teaching, crazy praise and
powerful prayers, BRAVE wants to equip every child to live an
awesome, courageous and daring life and become everything
that God has created them to be.
BRAVE is a declaration. BRAVE is who God has called each one
of us to be whether we are 7 years old or 99! BRAVE are the kids
of our nation!

BRAVE BABES - CRECHE
We want everyone to feel a part of the conference, no matter
how young! ‘Brave Babes’ is our brilliant creche facility at the
Lowry for parents to be able to go and be with their little ones
free of charge! Not only will you find a wide range of toys to
entertain your child, but there is also changing facilities and an
area to feed your children, with facilities to heat baby food and
warm milk. There will also be a cot area should you wish for your
baby to sleep while you watch the live feed from the main venue!
There will be a buggy park outside of the creche for your use, and
our fantastic Brave Creche Hosts will be on hand to help in any
way they can.
BRAVE TODDLERS - WALKING 1’S - 2
‘Brave Toddlers’ is a fun and creative fully staffed program during
the main three conference sessions each day. You can register
your toddler to be a part of this program at the beginning of each
day at a charge of £4 a session (£12 a day). Please note there
are limited availability but that the Brave Babes creche is also
available to be used by parents with toddlers.
BRAVE CONFERENCE - 3-11 YEAR OLDS
Brave Conference will be held in their very own amazing venue
within the Lowry - The Quays Theatre. Every day will be rampacked with crazy praise, powerful ministry and fun-filled
activities that every 3-11 years old is sure to LOVE!
However, for those who want to, the children are welcome to
stay through for an early afternoon session until 3:30pm. If the
children stay for the afternoon session please note that they will
need to bring a pack lunch. (for more information regarding what
the children will need to bring with them to Brave please see
the FAQ)
REGISTRATION
Brave Conference evening sessions begin at 5:45pm until
6:30pm, when the session will begin.
It is important to adhere to our conference schedule and pick up
your child on time each day, this is within 15 minutes of the main
session finishing.
COLLECTION PROCEDURE
Should a child need collecting from the program mid session.
In case of emergency the parent/guardian who is taking
responsibility for the child while at conference will be contact via
text by the Brave Staff.
CONSENT FORMS
All delegates under the age of 18 are required to have a consent
form, completed by their parent or guardians. These consent
forms can be found at the end of this pack, or downloaded
separately from www.liveaudacious.com. These consent forms
must be completed and handed in when you first register on your
arrival at the conference. Unfortunately anyone who is under
18 and does not have a consent form will be unable to attend
the conference. Please note there is different consent forms for
different age groups.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AS A LEADER
It is very important that you understand your responsibility as
someone who is bringing a group of children to the conference.
For every 6 delegates aged between 11-18 years old, and for
every 4 delegates aged between 3-11 year old that attends the
conference there must be one party leader, who is over the age of
18, who will take full responsibility for them while they are at the
conference.
Each party leader is required to complete and sign a “Leaders
Declaration Form” that is enclosed in this pack. Please have these
forms completed and ready to hand in when you first register on
your arrival at conference.

Looking back, we hear about young men and women who stood

greater things, seeing what’s never been seen before!

of the world. Our greatest dreams lie on the other side of fear
and we believe as we come together many people will make the
decision to fearlessly follow Jesus on the greatest adventure we
could ever step into.

THE FEARLESS YOUTH CONFERENCE PROGRAM
For the first session of each day Fearless Youth and the
!Audacious adults conference will come together in the main
theatre, the Lyric Theatre. These session will include powerful
God-encountering praise and worship from the !Audacious Band
and the Word will be brought by one of the conference’s keynote
speaker.
Fearless will then remain in the Lyric Theatre for their next
morning session as the adults make their way to their seminar
rooms. These sessions will be FUN-FILLED and action packed,
with the !Audacious Band plus powerful messages being brought
by Ps Jeremy Johnson (Fearless Church, L.A) and other keynote
speakers!
AFTERNOON ANTICS
During Thursday and Friday afternoon the Fearless Conference
Team will be hosting ‘Afternoon Antics’ these will be youth
activities based off the site of the main venue. Prepare yourself
for crazy, action packed, memory making afternoons of insane
fun! Afternoon antics will run from 2:30pm-4pm, leaving time for
you to then grab a bite for tea before the evening session begins
with the Pre-Show at 6pm.
CONSENT FORMS

ARRIVAL INFORMATION
ARE THE YOUTH SAFE WHILE AT FEARLESS
CONFERENCE PROGRAM?
Registration for the conference begins at 3pm on Wednesday
29th July and closes at 5:30pm. If you are bringing a group to
conference please note that only one or two people need to
come to register your group, we do NOT need your whole party
to be present. This will help avoid large queues and unnecessary
congestion at the venue. Please remember to bring with you any
consent forms for anyone under the age of 18 within your group
as well as your Party Leaders Declaration forms.
All of the Fearless team have up to date DBS checks and are
trained to work with young people in accordance to our Child
Protection and safeguarding policies. However, we must stress
that you are responsible for your young people at all times and
the importance of you remaining with your young people at
all times.
It is at registration you will receive your wristbands for the
conference and any additional information you will need.
FAQ FOR PARENTS/
GUARDIANS & GROUP LEADERS
We have tried our best to answer as many questions as possible,
however, if you still have any queries please do not hesitate to
contact a member of the !Audacious Conference Team at
the office.
WHAT WILL THE CHILDREN NEED TO BRING
EACH DAY?
1-2 YEAR OLD
They will need a changing bag, with change of clothes, a drink,
nappies and anything else you think your child might need.
(snacks will be provided)
3-11 YEAR OLDS
A filled drinks bottle, snack and lunch if they are staying for the
afternoon session, suitable clothes for the weather as they will be
going off site. They may wish to bring their own Bible and
note pad.
WHAT WILL A YOUTH NEED TO BRING EACH DAY?
We suggest everyone brings a their own Bible and note pad and
although drinks are on sale at the venue we suggest that young
people bring their own drink each day.
DOES MY CHILD NEED TO BE TOILET TRAINED TO
ATTEND BRAVE?
CAN OUR CHILDREN’S WORKERS ACCOMPANY
OUR CHILDREN INTO THE BRAVE PROGRAM?

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM LATE TO PICK UP MY
CHILD FROM THE BRAVE PROGRAM?
It is important to adhere to our conference schedule and pick up

BRAVE TEAM FACILITATE THIS?
We have a medical office on site who will log the medication and
administer it when required. Details of this must be logged on
your child’s consent form.

BRAVE AND WISH TO SEND SOMEONE ELSE IN
MY PLACE?
Where possible each child should be picked up by the same
parent/guardian. However, when this is not possible you may
register a second named adult who will be allowed to pick up the
child, when you bring your child to the session.
WHAT IS IN PLACE FOR CHILDREN AND YOUNG
PEOPLE WHO HAVE DISABILITIES?
It is our desire to welcome and include all children and young
people and accommodate their particular needs wherever
possible, if your child has additional a needs that we would
benefit from being aware of then please do get in contact.
If they are in the 3-11 year old program your child will need to
be toilet trained, however if they are in Brave Toddlers you will
be asked to complete a consent form giving the Brave staff
permission to change your child’s nappy.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CONTACT MY CHILD DURING
THE BRAVE PROGRAM?
There is a designated phone line for parents/guardians to contact
the Brave Team at all team. This number will be given to you
on registration.

All of the Brave team have up to date DBS checks and are trained
to work with children in accordance to our Child Protection and

supplied by them for any Brave activity and/or event is of a standard fit for the purpose.

(1)Because of the nature of the work, this post is exempt from the provision of Section 4 (ii) of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974
(exemption Order 1975) and you are therefore not entitled to withhold information about convictions which for other purposes are
‘spent’ under the provisions of the Act, any failure to disclose such convictions may result in the withdrawal of approval to work with

TERMS & CONDITIONS
OF BOOKING
1. Full registrations will be taken up until the conference. Subject to availability.
2. It is advisable to book your whole group in at once so as to avoid disappointment. Tickets are
sold on a 1st come, 1st served basis
3. There are no meals provided by !Audacious. Any food suppliers at the event will be
independent suppliers.
4. Full payment is required upon registration to confirm your place/s. No reservations can be
made without payment.
5. Bookings can be carried out over the phone and full payment can be made bycredit or debit
card whilst on the call.
6. All under 18’s must book with a responsible leader who is over 18. For every group of six
under 18’s, one over 18 must be named. These group leaders and youth leaders are therefore
responsible for the delegates under their care at ALL times and must ensure their welfare
during the event.
7. Every delegate under the age of 18 must have a completed consent form otherwise they
cannot take part in !Audacious. The consent forms must reach the office by 15th July 2015.
8. A full refund can be given up until May 31st 2015 otherwise refunds of £20 (per person) may
be given should a registration need to be cancelled. The closing date for requesting refunds is
the 30th June 2015.
No refund will be made after this date for any registration cancellations, unless there is an
extreme condition. You will need to contact the office in this instance.
You may transfer your registration to another person providing it has been fully paid.
The !Audacious office must be advised of any transfer in writing before the 10th July 2015.
