PARADISE BAY WATER PARK RULES
Pool Capacity = 1029
Children under 10 must be accompanied by a paying adult 16 years of age or older.
Children under 5 must have an adult 16 years or older within arm’s reach at all times.
Children who are not toilet trained must wear a swimsuit over a swim diaper and tight fitting rubber pants.
NO COOLERS.
Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the water park.
Street shoes, food, glass, skateboards, roller blades and bikes are not allowed on pool decks.
The pool water is not suitable for drinking.
No running allowed anywhere in the facility.
Strollers are allowed in designated areas ONLY.
No snorkels or glass masks are allowed.
Walk with caution. Surfaces may be slippery when wet.
All floating devices must be U.S. Coast Guard approved and labeled as such. All children wearing flotation devices must remain within arm’s reach of a swimming adult.
A limited number of flotation devices are available for use by patrons on a first come, first serve basis.
All patrons are encouraged to take a shower prior to entrance.
Patrons must wear a clean, lined swimsuit. Street clothes, cutoffs and spandex will not be permitted. Clean, white t-shirts are allowed.
Diving is only allowed in Dive Pool.
Lifeguards are responsible for enforcing safety rules and responding to emergencies.
Eating and drinking will only be allowed in the concession and picnic areas.
Foul language, foul gestures, spitting, or physical contact is prohibited.
All other state and local health codes apply.
Patrons should make any special needs known to the staff.
Persons with open sores, skin infections, or suffering from an infectious condition will not be allowed in the park. Parents and guardians should supervise their children.
Deck furniture available on a first come, first serve basis/Lounge chairs reserved for adults.
Furniture may not be placed in any pool entry and must remain in a position so as to allow four feet of access on the perimeter of all pools.
Outside lawn furniture will not be allowed at any time.
Water guns and water absorbent balls are prohibited. Approved water toys are only prohibited in turtle cove. No flotation devices are allowed.
Lombard Park District reserves the right to make additions and/or alterations to these rules when deemed necessary for health and safety of all.
Lombard Park District reserves the right to revoke season passes or suspend daily admissions of individuals for violations of facility rules.
Lombard Park District is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Violation of any of these rules will result in immediate discharge from the water park.
Swimming is prohibited in outdoor swimming pools when lighting is present, including a 30-minute period after the last lighting is observed.
