Key Features
■■ Independent section may be placed between print stations or
print and die-cut
■■ Provides additional drying time from print to print or print
to die-cut
■■ Isolates printing from the die-cutting process
■■ Run most jobs with no lead or trail trim
■■ Available with registration control capabilities
■■ Available in both servo and gear driven configurations
■■ Low noise and power consumption
■■ Does not mark micro-flute board
■■ Available in various frame widths
■■ Dryer ready

Optimum Sheet Control
■■ The wide belt contact area and variable speed blowers provide optimum versatility and sheet control on all sizes and grades of board
including double and triple wall, and up and down warp.
This combination of belts and variable speed also makes MarquipWardUnited Continuous Vacuum one of the only systems available that
will not mark micro-flute board.
Eliminates Trim/Reduced Scrap
■■ Optional registration control capabilities allow most jobs to be run
with no lead or trail trim. For the typical converter, this equates to
extraordinary annual savings through the reduction of wasted material.
■■ Registration control is an automatic, PLC controlled function. When
the control is turned on, the system times the feeding sheet's arrival
at the unit, and then adjusts for any variances before the sheet is
passed on to the next section.
Additional Drying Time
■■ Complex printing, high hold-out board, and specialty inks often require
additional drying between downs. The Inter-Station unit provides the
additional time and is manufactured ready to accept most IR and UV
flexo drying systems.
Process Isolation
■■ When placed between the last down print station and the die-cutter, the
Inter-Station unit isolates the printing process from the die-cutting process.
The separation of these two processes alleviates the problems associated
with die-cutting in-line, while allowing the production enhancing benefits
of the in-line operation.
Independent Station
■■ The MarquipWardUnited Inter-Station Vacuum Transfer section may be
placed between any two print stations, or between the down print station
and the die-cutter.
■■ This independent unit is available as either gear driven (using the press
gear train) or servo driven to match the press configuration.
Quiet Efficiency
■■ Variable speed blower drives allow the operator to select the setting that
most efficiently meets the jobs requirements.
■■ Innovative design operates efficiently at lower vacuum pressure allowing
the use of quieter, smaller, more energy efficient blower motors.
■■ Vacuum blower filters and diffusers protect the operator's environment
around the machine by reducing the turbulence and dust sometimes
associated with vacuum transfer systems.
