This session is for family carers of a person with dementia.

The Aged program assists carers of a person
aged over 65 years or carers of a person
who has dementia or cognitive changes
prior to the age of 65 years. (45 for Aboriginal
or Torres Strait Islanders)
Our information sessions and groups can
help you access information and advice,
provide opportunities to meet with other
carers and offer a break from your caring
role.
To assist you in attending:
 In home respite may be arranged whilst
you are away
 Interpreter support if required may be able
to be arranged
 A contribution towards the cost of transport
to/from the event may be able to be
provided
Workers will discuss if you have
any of the above requirements
when registering for the event or an
activity
