and email address), choice of projects in order of preference and number of volunteers participating in
each project. Mission projects registration CANNOT be done online or via email, MUST be sent
regular United States Postal Service (USPS) mail.

Project Choices: Read carefully and choose an “Off-Site” or “On-Site” activity. Place a number
beside each choice with the number 1 being the first preference. Also, place the number of people
wanting to participate in each of the choices. Signs and volunteers will guide you to project meeting
places or donation drop-off upon your arrival at the WMU Mission Celebration registration.

needed in their Campus Store and in Pregnancy Services; 12 people max)
_____ _____ WOMEN’S CRISIS CENTER (off site; transportation provided; help needed with yard
work and inside window cleaning; 40 people max); volunteers will need to bring rakes, trimmers,
gloves, clippers, window cleaning supplies; the center has a limited supply
_____ _____ HOPE FOOD PANTRY (off site; transportation provided; help needed in organizing
and cleaning the pantry for an upcoming Girl Scout food drive; 9 people max)
_____ _____ LINC (LOVE IN THE NAME OF CHRIST) (off site; transportation provided; help
needed in the food pantry and day care; 10 people max); would love to have two people to organize one
craft and one music lesson for the day care children
_____ _____ SALVATION DOLLS (on site project at First Baptist Church, St. Charles; help needed
sewing/making dolls - sewing experience not needed; 15 people max)

BUCKET BREAKOUT PACKING PROJECT ITEMS TO BRING BY EACH MISSOURI REGION
NORTHWEST
• Ziploc gallon-size freezer bags
• .35 oz. SQUEEZABLE Carmex Lip Balm tubes (suggest 3 ct. pack for economy)
• 8-10 oz. FRAGRANCE FREE moisturizing body lotion. NO PUMP bottles (suggest Equate for economy)
NORTHEAST
• Twin flat sheets 200 thread count or higher, bright colors preferred (suggest Mainstays brand)
• Standard pillowcases 200 thread count or higher, bright colors preferred (suggest Mainstays brand)
WEST CENTRAL
• 200 tablet EQUATE or CENTRUM complete multi-vitamins. Equate found at Walmart and Amazon.com.
Purchase latest expiration date. (suggest purchase two-pack for economy)
• Boxes of 100 drinking straws (flexible hospital-type)
• 13 oz. FRAGRANCE FREE tubs of Petroleum jelly (suggest Equate brand for economy)
• THIN cotton towels. A thin towel is essential so that it will dry quickly and fit well in the bucket. Bright colors
preferred. (suggest Mainstays brand)
CENTRAL
• Crew length cotton socks – medium adult size, any color (suggest adult size 6-12)
• Thirteen gallon STURDY plastic garbage bags (to store kit contents in while bucket in use at destination)
• THIN washcloths, bright colors preferred. Thin washcloths are essential so that they may be washed easily and
dry quickly. (Suggest 10 packs of Brighter Days brand – if you can find them, for economy and nice colors)
EAST CENTRAL
• Five-gallon buckets and lids that snap on – WHITE with wire handle (suggest those found at Walmart for
uniformity)
• GARANIMALS waterproof, flat (not fitted), Quilted Multi-Use Pads (27” X 36”); each packet contains 2 pads
SOUTHWEST
• Dove UNSCENTED Sensitive Skin Soap Bars. FRAGRANCE FREE soap is VERY important for patients
with sensitive skin. Please leave bars in individual boxes. (suggest purchase of 8-packs for economy)
• Fifty-count boxes LATEX FREE disposable gloves (suggest Ansell brand – found in First Aid/Bandage aisle)
SOUTH CENTRAL
• Latex gloves long cuff, medium size (suggest Playtex Handsaver)
• SOFT bristle adult size toothbrushes (soft bristles are important for sensitive gums; suggest Dr. Fresh 6 ct. for
economy if you can find)
• Large tubes of FLUORIDE toothpaste (suggest Colgate Value 2-pack for economy)

• TWIN SIZE fitted vinyl mattress protectors (suggest Mainstays brand)
