The exhibits will be located in the Potsdam II room and
Potsdam Foyer just outside of the Scientific Sessions.
Your exhibit fee includes the following:

*On Wednesday Masters Day will be held in Potsdam I and
III, which means attendees will be coming through the
exhibit area between 08.00 and 16.00. Exhibits must be
completely built on Tuesday and exhibitors may set their
product on Wednesday. Any task that requires tools that will
cause noise will not be permitted on Wednesday.
OFFICIAL CONTRACTOR
The official contractor is Messe Service Bau GmbH and you
will find the forms you need to outfit your booth in the online
service kit.
EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION FORMS
Exhibiting companies receive two (2) exhibit
registrations per exhibit space. Additional exhibit
badges may be purchased for $150 per badge. For preregistration, please return the Exhibitor Personnel
Registration Form by Friday 8 May. .
Exhibitors may also attend the Masters Day Courses.
Additional registration will be required via the Exhibitor
Event Registration Form, which can be found in the
online service kit. The Attendee Reception tickets may
also be found on that same registration form. We
encourage exhibitors to attend. The Attendee
Reception will be held at the Meistersaal Berlin.

PRE-REGISTRATION MAILING LABELS
Mailing List Agreement Forms are due May 8. The preregistration lists are available for $500 per set. All
mailing pieces need to be approved by Show
Management prior to the release of the mailing list. See
online order form.
DISMANTLING OF EXHIBITS
Friday 5 June
17.30 – 19.00
All exhibits must remain intact until 17.30 on Friday and
may not be dismantled or removed in whole or in part
before that time. All materials must be removed by
19.00. Dismantling prior to the end of the show may
result in a company not being invited to exhibit in future
years.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
If you are not in need of a customs broker (European
Exhibitors) you may ship directly to the contractor’s
(Service Messe Bau) warehouse. Please address your
shipments as follows:

Outbound Shipping Options:
You may either arrange shipping through the official
Customs Broker, or arrange shipment through the business
center of the hotel.
ISMICS cannot be responsible for anything left in the exhibit
hall. Please remove all materials.

visual needs such as monitors and internet connections at

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS & GIVEAWAYS
The Product Description & Giveaway Form is located in the
online service kit. This form is due no later than March 28
2014.
Product Descriptions: Your product description will appear
in the ISMICS Insider which is the onsite Daily News.
Giveaways: Promotional items to be distributed should be
compliant with your company’s internal Advamed
guidelines.
