The awarding of medals will be dependent on entries. Any archer may shoot any round but to be
eligible for an award they must shoot the round appropriate to or above their age group as shown
above.
Timing of ends will be controlled by the Judges and will consist of 6 arrows in 4 minutes. All
targets will be Foam.
Entry Fees: £9.00 for all (Inc a Bacon Buttie, see note below)

The tea tent will be available with a selection of hot/cold food and drinks. Please indicate on
the entry form if you have special dietary requirements so we can try to supply suitable food in
the Tea Tent!
In view of the GNAS Protection of Children and Vulnerable Adults Policy, if you wish to take
photo's/video you will need to sign the register when registering at the start of the shoot.
Whitehill Archers and The Whitehill Sports Club accept no responsibility for any loss or
damage, however caused, during the tournament.
IMPORTANT NEWS FROM HAMPSHIRE ARCHERY ASSOCIATION
All Hampshire County Tournaments will not allow smoking of any item,
including all electronic smoking devices, in front of the line of tents. If anyone
is found to flout this requirement, they will be given a warning. After receiving
a warning, anyone continuing to smoke either tobacco based or electronic
smoking devices in front of the tent line, will be required to leave the
Tournament field.

Drugs Policy: In the Signature column all archers entering must sign to indicate willingness to provide a sample if approached.
Refusal WILL be treated as a positive result. A parent/guardian must sign entries from archers under 18 to indicate that they are
happy for the junior named on this form to be drug tested if approached.
