SAP INTERNATIONAL FORUM
FOR INSURANCE
ENSURING FLEXIBILITY IN
DYNAMIC MARKETS
June 10 –11, 2008
Congress Center, Leipzig
Invitation
ENSURING FLEXIBILITY IN DYNAMIC MARKETS
SAP International Forum for Insurance
Mergers here, acquisitions there – the insurance industry
is transforming itself in order to face the challenges the
future will bring. The need to successfully manage the
collaboration of people in different locations and different
IT environments is one of the increasingly important
challenges.
At the SAP International Forum for Insurance, SAP will
present those industry solutions that can help you address
these challenges: SAP® for Insurance, CRM for Insurance
and SAP NetWeaver®.
Networked solutions are the future. They enable your
company to react more flexibly and quickly to changes,
such as an acquisition or legal changes. With SAP software it is easy to bring together different IT structures.
Separate companies or divisions can work together effectively without needing to change their tried-and-tested
environments.
At the Forum, customer presentations will illustrate the
benefits of SAP software. You will also have excellent
opportunities to meet SAP specialists and partners to
discuss your unique cases. Having so much know-how
in one place is what makes the SAP International Forum
for Insurance the only event of its kind.

from 6:00 to 10:00 P.M.
If you arrive the evening before the start of the event, you
can check in then. You will be given a name badge and the
conference documents. Come to this pre-event and enjoy
this first opportunity to meet other participants in a relaxed

Evening Event
Volkspalast, Tuesday June 10, 2008,
starting at 7:00 P.M.
You have had a long day packed with information and discussions – now it's time to relax! We cordially invite you to
the evening event in the Volkspalast (People's Palace) on
the grounds of the Alte Messe (Old Trade Fair) in Leipzig.
The Volkspalast has a long history. It was built in 1913 by
the upcoming German concrete industry in the style of the
pantheon in Rome to show what could be done with concrete. Since then it has been used as a trade fair hall. In recent
years it has been a popular venue for functions and parties.
The building was renovated extensively in 2005.
The Volkspalast is now regarded as one of the best event
locations in Germany. Just the right place for the evening
event of the SAP International Forum for Insurance. We
have put together an exciting program and hope that you
will enjoy an unforgettable evening. But we don't want to
reveal anything more at the moment. Just wait and see.
