It is my pleasure to announce the promotion of Greg Riches to Vice
President of Legal Affairs. In this role, Greg will continue to provide
legal support to a variety of corporate departments, MGM Online
and the management entity for the Las Vegas Arena. He will also
manage organizational documents and other corporate law matters
for MGM Resorts subsidiaries.
Greg joined our company in 2013 as Senior Associate General
Counsel, primarily to assist with corporate transactions, and has
since progressively assumed additional responsibilities. Greg was
also instrumental in completing the legal work associated with the
sales of Gold Strike Jean and Railroad Pass.
Prior to joining MGM Resorts, Greg worked at Brownstein Hyatt
Farber Schreck LLP, where his practice focused on corporate,
gaming and entertainment transactions. Greg began his legal
career with O’Melveny & Myers LLP.

Greg received his Juris Doctorate from Cornell Law School and his
undergraduate degrees in business administration and economics with
a minor in mechanical engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
