I am pleased to announce the promotion of Paul Chang to Executive
Vice President of Far East Marketing for the Taiwan region. Paul is
responsible for setting the strategic direction of the department,
which aims to maintain and strengthen its current customer base
while developing new business within the country.
Paul has more than 20 years of experience with MGM Resorts. He
has served in leadership roles within International Marketing since
2001, most recently as Senior Vice President of Far East Marketing
- Taiwan and, prior to that, Vice President of the department.
Previously, Paul also held the positions of Director and Executive
Director of Far East Marketing.
Paul joined our Company in 1993 as a Front Desk Clerk at
MGM Grand Las Vegas and in 1994 became VIP Services Specialist.
In 1995, he took on the role of Far East Marketing Executive at
that property.

Paul received his bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration from the
University of Nevada Las Vegas.
