patient and respite to the caregiver. Patients reside at home, nursing homes, assisted living facilities and

poetry, journaling, music, sincere listening, supportive presence, scrap booking, assist with a meal, and
sharing special moments together. Hours are flexible and may be only a few hours per month. Locations
vary around New Jersey. All volunteers receive extensive training in the skills and philosophies of
