SUMMER DAY CAMP PROGRAM
REGISTRATION
Mount Pearl Residents
Monday, May 25 from 9:00 am – 7:00 pm
Non-Residents
Thursday May 28 from 9:00 am – 7:00 pm
In-person Registration
Ticket numbers for registration on Monday, May 25 and
Thursday, May 28 will be available at 6:30 am in the Reid
Community Centre lobby.
In-person registration takes place in the lobby of the Reid
Community Centre only on the dates and times listed above.
Please use the Reid Community Centre entrance at the Summit
Centre on these days.
Registration for Mount Pearl residents will continue on Tuesday,
May 26 and Wednesday, May 27 at the Summit Centre from 6:15
am to 10:00 pm.
Open registration (residents/non-residents) will continue starting
May 29 at the Summit Centre Monday to Friday 6:15 am to
10:00 pm, and Saturday and Sunday 7:00 am to 10:00 pm.

Weekly Registration Deadline
Must register by 4:00pm on the Thursday prior to
the week you wish to register. Space is limited.
Summer Day Camp Registration Forms
Summer registration forms are available on line
at www.mountpearl.ca or at the front desk of the
Summit Centre prior to registration date.
Please note: you must register your child in
the current grade that they are in, not the
grade they will be going into this September.
Your child must be enrolled in kindergarten in
this current school year in order to register.
SUMMER DAY CAMP PROGRAM
SCAMPER CAMP
Kindergarten to Grade 1
Location: Kenmount Park Community
Centre (25 Holden Street)
RAMBLER CAMP
Grades 2 and 3
Location: Newtown Elementary
School (Jackman Drive)
Hours of Operation:
Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
Early drop off and late pick up is from 7:45 am to 5:30 pm
and can be purchased for the extra cost of $5 per week
per child.
Cost:
$100 per week for one child
$180 per week for two children
$245 per week for three children
(There will be no Day Camp Program on Regatta Day.
Rates for this week will be $80, $144 and $196)
Refund Policy: Refund’s will only occur upon presentation
of a Doctor’s Certificate or in the event the program is
cancelled by the Community Services Department.

DISCOVERY CAMP
Grades 4 to 6
Location: O'Donel High
School (Ruth Avenue)
Payments:
All weeks that you register your child(ren) must be paid
either by post dated cheque or in advance by credit card.

Activities:
Fun activities all summer including arts and crafts, games,
sports, outings/field trips, swimming, canoeing, talent shows,
theme weeks and much more!!
Children will need:
• Back packs (hiking everyday)
• Change of clothing (warm, cold or rainy weather)
• Swim wear – for scheduled swim days
• Nutritious lunch
• Two healthy snacks
• Hat (sun protection)
• Sun screen lotion (SPF of 30 or higher – no spray sun
screen please)
• Water bottle
