2015-2016 SEVENTH GRADE PHYSICALS and SPORTS PHYSICALS
Nebraska Law requires every seventh grade student to have either a doctor’s physical or waiver signed by you before entering seventh
grade in August. If your child will be participating in sports, they are required to have a physical. Seventh grade physicals and Sports
Physicals must be dated after May 1, 2015. Seventh Grade Physical Packets will be mailed in April 2015. If you have any questions,
please call Mrs. Katie Kintzle, Beadle nurse at 402-715-6105.

Eighth Grade Panoramic Class Picture
Thursday, May 7th
1:30 pm
On Thursday, May 7th eighth grade students will have a Panoramic Class Picture taken at 1:30 p.m. Pictures will be available for
purchase directly from Full Field Panoramic on Friday, May 8th during lunch. The cost for the Large Formal Class Picture is $25.00.
The cost for both the Large Formal Class Picture and the Smaller Fun Picture is $30.00. Please make checks out to Full Field.
Eighth Grade Farewell and Honors @ Millard West High School

All eighth grade students and their family are invited to the Eighth Grade Farewell and Honors Night. This year, the Honor’s
Celebration will be held at Millard West High School. All students will be recognized for their academic and activity or athletic
accomplishments. Everyone is invited for cookies and lemonade afterwards. We ask that students wear dresses, skirts or dress pants
for this special occasion. No jeans, shorts, or t-shirts please.
Monday, May 18th
Eighth Grade Bon Voyage @ The V
3:30 to 5:30 pm
All of our Beadle Eighth Grade students are invited to the 2015 Bon Voyage on Monday, May 18 th from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. The
celebration will be held at The V which is located at 3375 Oak View Drive. Activities will include 1 game of bowling, 1 round of
laser tag, 1 round of Atomic Rush, 1 round of Clip N' Climb and a $10.00 VIP Card good for arcade and redemption games (does not
include merchandise, cranes or photo booth). Each student will receive a couple slices of pizza and unlimited soda. If students would
like to play additional games, purchase merchandise or additional food items, they will need to bring some money. We will have staff
and parent volunteers on hand to make sure there is a safe environment for the kids. This is sure to be a fantastic way for our 8th grade
students to end their time at Beadle.
If your student will be attending the Bon Voyage celebration please be aware that since this is a school sponsored event all school
rules will apply and will be governed by those school rules. Students will not be buses. Parents will be responsible for
transportation to and from the event.
In order to attend the event you will need to register by Friday, May 8 th. Students will be given a ticket on the day of the event which
they will need to be admitted to the event. To R.S.V.P. for the event please go to the permission form using Google Survey Forms at

Millard West Drama is hosting its Fifth Annual Wildcat Theatre Workshop for grades 3 to 8 in order to promote the performing arts
for young people in our community. Flyers are available in the Beadle office.
