Dear MAA Members,
It is almost time again for our Annual Meeting and Annual Sale! The Annual Meeting will be on Friday, May 1st,
beginning at 6:30 p.m. It will be held in McKenzie Arena on the campus of Hinds Community College in Raymond,
MS. A preregistration form for the meeting and prime rib meal is enclosed. Please fill out and return the form by
Friday, April 24th, so we can have a count for the meal. Meals are $20 for preregistered adults or $25 at the door.
Juniors age 18 and under are free.
MAA’s Annual Sale will be Saturday, May 2nd, at noon in the Sales Arena on the HCC Raymond Campus. Cattle
will be available for viewing beginning Friday at noon. The MJAA will be selling items for lunch on sale day. If you
have not received a catalog for the sale, please contact American Livestock Brokers at (662) 837-4904 or (662)
837-1776 or you can view the catalog on ALB’s web site.
A membership application is also enclosed with this letter. Please note that dues are now $35.00. The calendar
year for 2015 MAA dues is May 1, 2015, to April 30, 2016.
Please return the membership application with dues and the preregistration form to Misty at the address above
or to Mike Howell at 2661 Hwy 370, Baldwyn, MS 38824. One check can be written for dues and meals, but
please specify exactly what is being paid for. To preregister by phone, you may call Misty at the above number or
