ALL Artisans and vendors: Please be in compliance with the Indian Arts and Crafts Act of 1990 (P.L.101-644), which prohibits misrepresentation in marketing of Indian arts
and crafts products within the United States. The Indian Arts and Crafts Act of 1990 is a truth-in advertising law. It is illegal to offer or display for sale, or sell any art or craft
product in a manner that falsely suggests it is Indian produced, an Indian product, or the product of a particular Indian tribe.
Some regulations have changed; please read thoroughly and sign to indicate agreement.
1.
The vendor agrees to defend at his or her own cost and hold harmless Boise State University and Red River Powwow
Association, its members and agents, from all liability and damages resulting from the operations of his or her space.
2. The vendor is responsible for obtaining and paying for all state and local permits and licenses pertaining to his or her
operation at this event.
3. Boise State University and Red River Powwow reserve the right to prohibit the display or sale of any and all items deemed
inappropriate by them.
4. To ensure space, vendor application and fees must be received by March 20, 2015.
5. Due to limited space at the Seven Arrows Powwow, we cannot guarantee accommodations for vendors who do not submit
an application by the deadline.
6. All vendor space will be located outside the Jordan Ballroom and assigned by the Red River Powwow staff and based on
space availability.
7. No vendor may change his or her assigned spot without the express approval of the Red River Powwow Association. Vendor
space at the Seven Arrows Powwow is a privilege and vendors found moving their assigned space or disregarding the policy
