forget can submit when you join the job—they will make you to write letter saying will produce at joining of job.

I want everyone to write carefully your hobbies and your achievements in biodata form interesting (don’t
put fake things, you will get caught, if you didn’t answer them)
Typical hobbies you can put in your hobbies list for interviewers to
get impression on you:

Sports: Basketball, Lawn tennis, Table tennis, Volley ball, Football, shuttle, Ball-badminton & Swimming. (yes I
didn’t mention cricket, because you need to face lot questions- if you are comfortable, you write it on bio
data)
For girls: Shuttle, Squash, Gardening, Plantation, Singing songs, throw ball, nail designer, sewing clothes
designing, painting patterns on pot, Facial beauty (mention only if you are having fair and bright-full face)
Miscellaneous (both genders): Photography, trekking, martial arts, yoga, dancing, reading books (be careful
with this hobby), marathon runner for occasional events.

(Pick anything you like, but you need to know all the things about it, interviewers always will listen to things which
they don’t know and your best way of showing your communication and non-verbal. Totally get involved and make
them too) . I wont explain each and everything in these hobbies, as everyone will explain the same in interview,
and your fellow interviewee may also have read the same and explain in interview. You google yourself and write a
half page for your choice of hobbies.

Best secret to crack the SBI clerk interview is to set your time in your watch 10 minutes and waste that
time totally by saying your bio data itself. Never give one word answer, keep always a true smile. Think
interviewers are your friends and talk freely.

My interview went like a smooth cheese melted on Interviewers.
Here are my questions:
Lady (p.1): hi, Mr. Boon, take your seat
Me: Thanks you mam
Lady (p.1): so Boon, you have completed electronics and instrumentation engineering in Pondicherry engineering
college. Ha
Male (p.2): oh, Pondicherry university, it’s a great college, good good you completed course there.
Lady (p.1): hmm, Boon in your bio data you mentioned 1st place in basketball. Does it mean you are only person
hold position 1st in your college or…
Me: In basketball, there are teams mam, im in a team and my team won the trophy.
Lady (p.1): ok, ok how many points did you make and what is the total score of both the teams

Me: I took 14 points in the game mam, and the score was 45 and 51 points for opponent team and my team
respectively mam.
Lady (p.1): what is your position in your team and where you placed on the court?
Me: my position is 3 pointer and I will placed between outer circle and middle cross line divider..
Lady (p.1): ok then, who are your favourite players and what team?
Me: my favourite player is Micheal Jordon, but as of now, Lebron of LA Lakers.
Lady (p.1): ok your hobbies, painting ah ah, illustration, oh. What types of illustrations you have done?
Me: I do tshirt design, logo and character design and abstract are my favourite.
Lady (p.1): ok, did you participated in swach bharat logo competition ??

Me: No mam, but I participated many in online and won prize with money too

Lady (p.1): oh your work experience, oh worked in ZARA, a very big company and sales assistant.
Me: yes mam, I worked in Chennai as a sales assistant
Lady (p.1): ok then, why you are having so many talents and still want to a banker.

Me: I want to get settled in my life and I have my own plan of developing myself and for my mom, constantly
insists me for marriage

Lady (p.1): hmm  , good then why you applied for Karnataka, not your native Andhra Pradesh

Me: My brother is working here in Bangalore, my father is retired and mom too will be in 2 years. My relative
mostly are here at Bangalore and moreover, mom wants to get a partner for me here in karnataka
Lady (p.1): oh nice good 
Other discussion like my previous exams and missing total marks in sbi clerk and ibps po. And they asked this time
how many did you have attempted and expectations. And few about previous exams
Male (p.3): Boon, it’s a strange name and may I know your name meaning and tell about your family
Me: sir, my father before his marriage kept my name, as my grandmother told too. And once I was born, my mom
got job, and hence named as Boon, meaning a gift. My brother name too comes with Boon sir.
About my family, my father retired in central govt teacher and my mother working in state govt teacher for
primary. My brother working in Bangalore as software engineer. We have own house and got settled up.
Male (p.4): ok then you didn’t know kanada, (then started speaking in kanada saying )- “kanada girls wont marry
your, if you don’t know kanada.  ”
Lady (p.1): ok Boon, you are so multi-talented, you are been my best interviewee for the day, I would like to see
you more than a banker. You would be a great entrepreneur. All the best

Did you see my conversation, my bio data itself made them to ask all questions and my answers with precise
definitions. I wish you too can get a chance for you. So prepare well

What interviewers expect from you?
They expect, whether you are comfortable talking to all kind of persons,
whether you are quick responsive and quick learner and officer dignity. (They
know clearing the exam itself you are eligible for bank employee, but a banker
need to communicate and analysis things, so check only that)
If you not a good communicator, you will be asked questions in technical field
like your degree course, current affairs and banking. Interview is now became
much unexpected, Interviewers are asking anything that comes in their mind.
You know everything about banking, current affairs and everything, still there
is a chance of you losing your marks and depressed.
Whatever you read for interview, mostly wont come, you will shocked by their
questions.
Only best ever suggestion, you can follow what I have did,
In my centre, I asked 53/60 of all morning and evening section:
People who went with dignified officer dress, your natural smile, your
communication is important out of all.
If you are not a good communicator, better speak Hindi or interview centre
state language. No problem.

Here are general questions they may come up with and you need
to prepare:
1. Your name meaning
2. Your place and what is so special about your place, that everyone speaks
3. Your family background. If you father is farmer or low wage or financial difficult. You better prepare a
sympathy essay of yourself, so that they feel petty on you, (great preference is given to these people only)
4. Know about your father’s profession life and day-today activities
5. Your previous employment should bomb them with great explanation and why you left job should be relevantdon’t answer, I don’t like that job, there are torturing, worst company
6. Your favourite sport or inspirational person
7. About your college
8. About yourself
9. How you will be useful to bank

5. Recent SBI news: SBI launches RuPay platinum debit card with NPCI (May 08, 2015)

State Bank of India launched a RuPay platinum debit card in association with National Payment Corporation
of India (NPCI). The RuPay card comes with a special feature for the convenience of customers that is
accepted at all payment channels-ATMs, PoS and e-commerce. NPCI will soon launch international RuPay
debit cards allowing its customers to use them outside the country besides issuing RuPay credit cards by
January 2016. The card would be initially issued free to customers maintaining a quarterly balance of
Rs.50,000. The card offers various benefits like 5% cash back on utility bills, complimentary airport lounge
access, personal accident death and permanent total disability insurance cover of Rs2 lakh, among others.

6. SBI supports 'SwachhVidyalaya Campaign'(April 27, 2015): State Bank of India (SBI) as a part of their
CSR activity has donated more than Rs.1 Cr. to 'Wockhardt Foundation' for construction of toilets in 28
schools of Washim district, Maharashtra and also ensuring their maintenance for the next two years after
construction under the SwachhVidyalaya campaign.
