Each family is needed/expected to work at least 3 swim meets, please. It takes many parent volunteers
to run a swim meet, and your participation makes this a family and community experience. We truly
cannot do this without each family providing at least 1 parent volunteer for at least 3 swim meets.

Signed and completed LBSL insurance forms are needed, one for each swimmer in the family. For
example, if you have 3 children swimming, you need to print, complete, sign and return 3 LBSL
insurance forms.
Please make registration checks payable to Newtown Crossing Swim Team (NCST).
Registration procedures 2015:
Priority registration: For residents of Newtown Crossing Community Association, as well as returning
Newtown Crossing Swim Team families, registration takes place April 1 thru May 1, 2015. (After May
2 your registration will be in with the non-NCCA resident / new family Open registration.) NCCA
residents and returning NCST families, please utilize the Priority registration opportunity before May 1,
as it is meant to ensure your place on the team. Two ways to register:
a. Potluck Brunch on Sunday April 19, 2015, from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm, at the Manor
House. While all are welcome to attend, we can only accept Priority registrations at this
time.
b. Priority registrations can be mailed to: Gretchen Barron, 50 Savage Drive,
Feasterville PA 19053. Please follow up with an email to [email protected] if you
are mailing in your priority registration, so we have the count by May 1.
Open registration: If the team has not reached the 100 swimmer capacity from the Priority registration,
Open registration will begin on May 2, 2015. Open registration is for non-NCCA residents who are new
families (i.e., not registered for NCST in 2014 and do not live in Newtown Crossing Community
Association). All registrations are processed in order of receipt of completed registration materials and
payment. If implemented, a walk-in Open registration will take place on Saturday, May 2, 2015, from 89:00 am, at the Spring House.
