THE #2 SEED LV DUCKS DEFEATED THE #4 SEED BG GATORS 32-0 AT CIMARRON HS
IN THE MIDGET DIVISION CHAMPIONSHIP GAME
The Las Vegas Ducks quacked their way to the bank and in the end, the Nevada State Championships
thanks to a huge victory over the Bishop Gorman Gators at Cimarron High School this past weekend.
Germie Bernard had a huge game scoring 4 touchdowns to lead the LV Ducks to the Championship win.
Bernard may not have won the MVP, which he was runner up to by the slimmest of margins to Willie
Montgomery, but he certainly was the MVP of the State Championship Game. Bernard scored in the 1st
quarter on a 37 yard run for a 6-0 lead. In the 2nd quarter Bernard returned an interception 28 yards for a
pick 6. Later in the quarter he scored on a 43 yard pass from QB Dominick Dicandillo for a 20-0 lead.
In the 3rd quarter the Ducks scored on a 40 yard pass to Germie Bernard QB Dominick Dicandillo for a
26-0 lead. In the 4th quarter the Ducks were already celebrating as they scored on a 38 yard pick 6 by
Nyic’quavayion Willis for a 32-0 final score. The Ducks offense was led by Germie Bernard with 35
yards rushing and 83 yards receiving. Dominick Dicandillo passed for 106 yards for the Ducks. The
Ducks defense was spectacular as they held the Gators to just 29 total yards of offense. The defense had
3 interceptions by Germie Bernard, Jaden Turner, and Nyic’quavayion Willis, and fumble recovery by
Jose Hernandez. Carter Hogue led the Ducks with 7 tackles and Jace Baca and Anthony Garcia had 5
each. The Gators offense was led by Jeremiah Hughes with 12 yards rushing and 9 yards passing. The
Gators defense played very well limiting the Ducks offense to 72 yards rushing and 106 yards passing. It
was the turnovers which hurt their chances on offense. Jerimiah Hughes and Kyri Shoels led the defense
with 6 tackles each. The Ducks quacked their way to the championship and will hope to fly south to San
Diego and bring back another big trophy! The Gators meanwhile will do the same as they look to chomp
out a Midget Division crown.

THE HG BEARCATS DEFEATED THE LV COWBOYS 18-12 AT ED FOUNTAIN PARK ON

Jaden Green scored 2 touchdowns, one in the 3rd quarter which proved to be the game winner to lead the
Bearcats to a nice bowl victory. Green scored in the 1st quarter on a 6 yard run to give the Bearcats a 6-0
lead. Later in the 1st quarter the Bearcats scored on a 5 yard pass to Jaden Thrower from QB Brandon
Tunnell for a 12-0 lead. Before halftime the Cowboys scored on a 4 yard run by star runner Jaylin
Morrison and the Bearcats led 12-6. In the 3rd quarter the Bearcats scored on Jaden Green's 58 yard romp
for an 18-6 lead. The Cowboys rode back hard in the 4th quarter scoring on a 3 yard run by Colin
Kirkpatrick and the Bearcats led 18-12. The Cowboys had another chance to tie or win the game but the
Bearcats defense made some huge defensive plays to preserve the victory. The Bearcats were led by
Jaden Green with 79 yards rushing and Branden Tunnell added 55 yards rushing. Mason Baillargeon had
an interception for the Bearcats defense. The Cowboys were led by Jaylin Morrison with 122 yards
rushing on 16 carries. Colin Kirkpatrick had an interception on defense for the Cowboys.
THE #4 SEED BG GATORS DEFEATED THE #1 SEED 702 49ERS 22-14 AT SILVERADO HS
Silas Shannon scored the game winning touchdown in the 4th quarter to send the BG Gators into the
championship next Saturday in this epic semi-final game. After a scoreless 1st quarter the 49ers scored in
the 2nd quarter on a 45 yard run by star running back Willie Montgomery. They converted a 2 point kick
for a 8-0 lead. In the 3rd quarter the Gators scored on a 40 yard TD pass to Silas Shannon from QB
Jerimiah Hughes, and the 49ers led 8-6. The Gators took the lead 14-8 later in the quarter on a 4 yard run
by Camden Miller, and a 2 point kick conversion. In the 4th quarter the 49ers dug deep and scored on an
incredible 95 yard TD pass to the speedy Willie Montgomery from QB Isaiah Hampton for a 14-14 tie
ball game. That set the stage for Silas Shannon, as he scored his 2nd TD on a 40 yard pass from QB
Jerimiah Hughes for the game winner. The Gators offense was led by Jerimiah Hughes with 50 yards
rushing and he completed 8 of 11 passes for 151 yards. Silas Shannon caught 3 passes for 83 yards. The
Gators defense was led by Payton Lammers with 2 fumble recoveries. The 49ers rushed for 152 yards
with Willie Montgomery gaining 113 yards rushing and 95 yards receiving. For the 49ers defense,
Jesiah McDonald had an interception and Spencer Saili recovered a fumble. The Gators will advance to
a championship showdown against the Ducks at Cimarron High School next weekend while the 49ers will
prepare for redemption in San Diego.
THE #2 SEED LV DUCKS DEFEATED THE #3 SEED HG COBWOYS 46-14 AT ED FOUNTAIN
PARK FIELD 8
The Las Vegas Ducks remained undefeated on their way to a semi-final victory over the Henderson
Cowboys at Ed Fountain Park this weekend. Germie Bernard showed off his MVP talents scoring 4
touchdowns leading the LV Ducks into the championship. Bernard scored on 42 & 65 yard runs and TD
passes from QB Dominic Dicandillo covering 42 & 28 yards. Dicandillo also scored on a 21 yard run
and Jaden Turner scored on a 46 yard interception return. The Cowboys scored on a 30 yard run by
Cam'ren Barfield and a great 66 yard run by Davion Jacot. The Ducks offense rushed for 216 yards
behind fabulous blocking by their offensive line. Germie Bernard rushed for 142 yards and caught 2
passes for 61 yards. QB Dominic Dicandillo passed for 95 yards. The Cowboys offense was led by
Cam'ren Barfield and Davion Jacot with a combined 123 yards rushing. The Ducks will take on the
Gators in a rivalry battle for the Spring Championship this Saturday at Cimarron High School. The
Cowboys meanwhile will look to water their horses and get ready for a San Diego Tournament run.

THE AV AGGIES DEFEATED THE CIM STORM 13-6 AT CIMARRON HS
Hunter Stimpson scored the winning touchdown in the 3rd quarter leading the AV Aggies to a nice bowl
victory. After a scoreless 1st quarter the Storm scored on a stunning 75 yard run by Keaton Perkins for a
6-0 lead. The Aggies came right back and scored on an amazing 60 yard punt return by Bryan Sulanke Jr
for a 6-6 tie at the half. In the 3rd quarter the Aggies scored the game winner on a 55 yard run by Hunter
Stimpson and a 13-6 final score. The Aggies defense played great and shut down the Storm offense in
the 4th quarter to preserve the victory. The Aggies were led by Hunter Stimpson with 80 yards rushing
and their defense which only allowed 120 yards to the Storm offense. The Storm was led by Keaton
Perkins with 104 yards rushing.
THE #3 SEED HG COWBOYS DEFEATED THE #6 SEED TC BULLDOGS 42-18 AT ED
FOUNTAIN PARK FIELD 8
Justyn Rhett scored 3 touchdowns to lead the HG Cowboys to a big playoff victory. Rhett scored on runs
of 2 & 11 yards and returned an interception for a pick 6. Other Cowboys finding the end zone were
Cam'ron Barfield on 6 & 20 yard runs and Levi Fulton on a 30 yard run. For the Bulldogs, Ternilla
Thomas scored on 14 & 43 yard runs and Omarion Ireland scooted 65 yards on a kickoff return for a
touchdown. The Cowboys offense rambled for 222 yards rushing behind fantastic blocking by their
offensive line. Cam'ron Barfield and Levi Fulton combined for 157 yards rushing to lead the Cowboys.
Tristen Tucay had an interception for the Cowboy defensive wranglers, and they held the Bulldogs to just
37 total yards. The Bulldogs were led by Ternilla Thomas with 70 yards rushing and Darion Franklin
recovered a fumble. The Cowboys advance to a semi-final showdown with the Las Vegas Ducks where
they will look to earn a big win and end up in the championship game.
THE #4 SEED BG GATORS DEFEATED THE #5 SEED HG BEARCATS 38-0 AT ED
FOUNTAIN PARK FIELD 8
Silas Shannon scored 2touchdowns to lead the BG Gators to a playoff victory as the Gators chomped
down on the Bearcats for a win. Shannon scored on runs of 62 & 11 yards and Jeremiah Hughes scored
on an 18 yard run to power the Gators attack. Also scoring for the Gators was Camden Miller on a 1 yard
plunge and TJ Bevett on a 40 yard sprint. The Gators rambled for 283 yards rushing behind excellent
blocking by their offensive line. Silas Shannon led all runners with 102 yards and Jeremiah Hughes and
Davion Duncan combined for 124 yards rushing. Jeremiah Hughes also passed for 66 yards. The
Gators defense played great with TJ Bevett, Jeremiah Hughes and Michael Green getting interceptions.
The Bearcats were led by Jaden Green with 34 yards rushing. The Bearcats will look to finish strong
with a bowl game matchup against the Las Vegas Cowboys. The Gators meanwhile advance into a semifinal matchup with the top seed 702 49ers in two weeks’ time.
THE #1 SEED 702 49ERS DEFEATED THE #8 SEED LV COWBOYS 42-0 AT SILVERADO HS
Dzjon Hal scored 2 touchdowns and Isaiah Hampton passed for 2 TDS in leading the Silverado 702 49ers
to a playoff victory. Hal scored on a 24 yard run and a brilliant 70 yard jaunt and Jared Tufele scored on
a 45 yard pass from QB Hampton and a 55 yard run. Also scoring for the 49ers were Willie Montgomery
on a 65 yard dash and a 55 yard interception return and Zephaniah Maea on a 45 yard pass from
Hampton. The 49ers rushed for 288 yards behind great blocking by their offensive line. Dzjon Hal
rushed for 94 yards and Willie Montgomery added 92 yards. QB Isaiah Hampton passed for 95 yards.
The Cowboys played very hard but were without their star running back Jaylin Morrison, which made it
so much more difficult. The 49ers advance into the semi-finals where they will take on the Gators as they
hope to advance into the championship game. The Las Vegas Cowboys meanwhile will look to finish
strong in a Bowl Game matchup with the Henderson Bearcats.
THE #2 SEED LV DUCKS DEFEATED THE #7 SEED MOJ GREEN MACHINE 42-0 AT
MOJAVE HS
The Las Vegas Ducks looked every bit the undefeated 2nd seed that they were as they earned a shutout
victory over the Green Machine at Mojave High School. Germie Bernard scored 3 touchdowns and
Dominic Dicandillo scored 2 touchdowns and passed for another in leading the LV Ducks to victory.
Bernard who had a great season scored on a 37 yard run and a 50 yard pick 6 interceptions and a 30 yard
fumble return touchdown. Dicandillo scored on 2 & 3 yard runs and passed 22 yards to Jaden Turner for
a touchdown. Jaden Jackson also scored for the Ducks on a 2 yard run. Germie Bernard led the offense
with 54 yards rushing and QB Dominic Dicandillo passed for 78 yards. The Ducks defense was
excellent as they limited the Green Machine to just 21 total yards. Germie Bernard was a stud on defense
with 2 fumble recoveries and an interception. Juan Kinley III also recovered a fumble. The Green
Machine played hard and did their best but the Ducks were the more physical team. The Ducks fly into
the next round of the playoffs where they will take on the Henderson Cowboys in a playoff showdown.

THE 702 49ERS DEFEATED THE BG GATORS 38-0 AT ED FOUNTAIN #8 ON 5/8
The 702 49ers finished out a perfect regular season earning the #1 seed heading into the playoffs thanks to
a shutout victory over the Gators at Ed Fountain Park. MVP candidate Willie Montgomery ran for 2
touchdowns to lead the 49ers to victory. Montgomery scored on 2 blazing runs covering 52 and 73
yards. Also having a big game was Isaiah Hampton with a 4 yard TD run and a 40 yard pass to Dzjon
Hal for a score. Zephaniah Maea scored on a 13 yard run for the 49ers. The 49ers offense dug up 281
yards rushing, as their offensive line blew up the Gators defense creating huge holes. Willie
Montgomery galloped for 177 yards and Dzjon Hal added 64 yards rushing. QB Isaiah Hampton passed
for 41 yards. The 49ers defense played awesome with Hampton getting 2 interceptions and Jared Tufele
making 2 QB sacks. The Gators were led by Jeremiah Hughes with 46 yards rushing and 67 yards
passing. Kyri Shoels caught 4 passes for 61 yards for the Gators. The 49ers enter the playoffs as the #1
seed and will take on the Las Vegas Cowboys in a first round matchup. The Gators meanwhile fall into
the #4 seed and have a matchup with the Bearcats at Ed Fountain for their first round battle.
THE HG COWBOYS DEFEATED THE AV AGGIES 36-0 AT LIBERTY HS
The Henderson Cowboys rode into the sunset of the regular season with a nice shutout victory over the
Aggies at Liberty High School. Justyn Rhett ran for 1 touchdown and passed for another in leading the
HG Cowboys to victory. Rhett scored on a 30 yard run and passed 30 yards to Levi Fulton for a TD.
Isaiah Mideau scored on a sweet 60 yard run and Levi Fulton scored on a 10 yard run. Jayven Perez also
scored for the Cowboys on a 25 yard run. The Cowboys rushed for 134 yards with Isaiah Mideau and
Justyn Rhett combining for 122 yards. Rhett also passed for 55 yards. The Cowboys defense was
stupendous as they held the Aggies to just 34 yards of offense. The Aggies played very hard and did the
best they could against a very talented Cowboys team. The Aggies will look to finish strong in a bowl
matchup with the Cimarron Storm while. The Henderson Cowboys meanwhile draw a playoff matchup
with the TC Bulldogs in what should be a thriller at Ed Fountain Park.
THE LV DUCKS DEFEATED THE LV COWBOYS 42-0 AT ED FOUNTAIN PARK #8
The Las Vegas Ducks finished off a perfect regular season at Ed Fountain Park thanks to a shutout victory
over the Cowboys. Germie Bernard returned 2 kicks for touchdowns to lead the LV Ducks to victory.
Bernard returned a punt 51 yards for a TD and he showed his amazing abilities on a 96 yard kickoff
return. Dominic Dicandillo passed for 2 touchdowns, 20 yards to Jaden Turner and 43 yards to
Nyic'quavayion Willis. Also scoring for the Ducks was Juan Kinley III on a 42 yard run, Jace Baca on a
31 yard run, and Carter Hogue on a 30 yard runs. The Ducks were led by QB Dominic Dicandillo with
63 yards passing and Juan Kinley III with 43 yards rushing. The Ducks defense was incredible giving up
only 3 total yards to the Cowboys. Juan Kinley III and Carter Hogue recovered fumbles for the defense.
The Cowboys were out matched in this game, but they played hard and gave it their all. The Cowboys
will look to turn things around in their first round playoff matchup with the 49ers. The Ducks meanwhile
will look to stay flying high in their first round matchup with the Green Machine.
THE TC BULLDOGS DEFEATED THE CIM STORM 42-0 AT CIMARRON HS
The TC Bulldogs earned a big win over the Storm at Cimarron High School as they growled their way to
a shutout. Thomas Ternilla scored 2 touchdowns to lead the TC Bulldogs to victory. Thomas scored on
a 35 yard run and a 28 yard pick 6. Giordan Graham scored on a 10 yard run and Omarion Ireland
scamper 65 yards for a score for the Bulldogs. Demarion Burton scored on a beautiful 55 yard punt
return for the Bulldogs. The Bulldogs offense was content to grind out on the ground and use the clock.
Their offensive line did superb job blocking for their running backs. Ternilla Thomas, Omarion Ireland
and Demarion Burton combined for 183 yards rushing. The Bulldogs defesne was excellent limiting the
Storm to just 25 total yards. The Storm played very hard and did the best they could, but they were out
matched in this game. The Storm get a bowl game with the Aggies next weekend to look forward to
while the Bulldogs enter the playoffs looking to come up with their first playoff win over the Henderson
Cowboys at Ed Fountain Park.
THE HG BEARCATS DEFEATED THE MOJ GREEN MACHINE 28-26 MOJAVE HS
In a fantastic back and forth matchup, the Bearcats clawed their way to victory over the Green Machine at
Mojave High School. Jaden Green scored on a 21 yard run in the 4th quarter for the would be winning
touchdown for the Bearcats. The Bearcats starter fast scoring in the 1st quarter on a 9 pass to Jaden
Thrower from QB Brandon Tunnell giving them an 8-0 lead. Jaden Green scored an amazing 89 yard
scamper later in the 1st quartet to give the Bearcats a 14-0 lead. The Green Machine finally got their
motor running and scored on 4 yard run by Ziaire Ham in the 2nd quarter and the Bearcats led 14-6.
Before halftime the Bearcats scored on a 28 yard pass to Mason Baillargeon from QB Brandon Tunnell
for a 22-6 lead. But the Green Machine took the ensuing kickoff and flew down the field and scored on a
10 yard run by Tyriks Simeus making the score 22-12 Bearcats. In the 3rd quarter the Green Machine
scored on a 5 yard run by Tyriks Simeus and the Bearcats lead was 22-20. In the 4th quarter the Bearcats
scored on Jaden Greens 21yard run and they led 28-20. The Green Machine with their engines roaring
raced down the field and score on a 1 yard plunge by Ziaire Ham and trialed 28-26. They went for a
game tying 2 point conversion, but the Bearcats defense made a huge stop to seal the victory. This game
was an offensive show with both teams combining for 606 yards of offense. The Bearcats offense was
led by Jaden Green with 117 yards rushing and Brandon Tunnell chipped in with 73 yards rushing and 77
yards passing. The Green Machine rushed for an amazing 334 yards with Ziaire Ham gaining 121 yards
and Andrew Juarez gaining 116 yards and Tyriks Simeus with 97 yards rushing. The Green Machine was
hampered by penalties throughout the game, totaling 90 yards on 15 penalties. The Bearcats enter the
playoffs as the #5 seed and draw a rematch with the BG Gators in their first round battle. The Green
Machine meanwhile fall into the #7 seed and will take on the Ducks at Mojave High School for their first
round playoff matchup.

THE HG COWBOYS DEFEATED THE MOJ. GREEN MACHINE 14-0 AT ED FOUNTAIN
PARK #6 ON 4/30
Thursday night saw the Henderson Cowboys ride to a low scoring victory over the Las Vegas Green
Machine. Levi Fulton scored on a 1 yard plunge in the 2nd quarter to lead the Cowboys to a big victory.
Both teams’ defenses came out hitting hard with great intensity, resulting in a scoreless 1st quarter. In the
2nd quarter Levi Fulton scored and the Cowboys led 6-0. Just before the half the Cowboys scored on a
nifty 48 yard run by Cam'ron Barfield for a 14-0 lead. The 2nd half was all defenses, as both teams turned
up the intensity, and there was no more scoring. The Cowboys offense was led by Cam'ron Barfield with
76 hard earned rushing yards. The Cowboys managed just 119 total rushing yards and 30 passing yards
by QB Justyn Rhett against the tough Green Machine defense. On defense Sterling Wake recovered a
fumble and Jayven Perez had an interception for the Cowboys. The Green Machine gave it everything
they had but the Cowboys’ defense was tremendous holding them to just 7 yards of total offense. The
Cowboys will look to secure the #3 seed in the Midget Division with a victory over the Aggies and a little
help from the 702 49ers on Friday night against the Gators. The Green Machine meanwhile will look to
get their oils changed for their final regular season tune up in their battle with the Henderson Bearcats.
THE HG BEARCATS DEFEATED THE LV COWBOYS 34-13 AT BASIC HS
The Henderson Bearcats landed on their feet on Saturday at Basic High School thanks to an offensive
outburst against the Las Vegas Cowboys last weekend. QB Brandon Tunnell passed for 3 touchdowns to
power the HG Bearcats to a big win. Tunnell passed 56 yards to Mason Baillargeon, 50 yards to Jaden
Thrower, and a beautiful 90 yard pass to Jaden Green for touchdowns. Jaden Green also scored on a 40
yard touchdown run and Donovan Cotton scored on a 50 yard run for the Bearcats. The Cowboys scored
on a 30 yard run by Jaylin Morrison and an 8 yard touchdown run by Jekhi Thomas. For the Bearcats
QB Brandon Tunnell led their offense with 228 yards passing. On defense Rylerson Inong and
Johnathan Ramirez recovered fumbles for the Bearcats. The Cowboys were led by star running back
Jaylin Morrison with 142 yards rushing and a fumble recovery. The Bearcats have a big showdown with
another 3-3 team as they take on the Green Machine at Mojave High School. The Cowboys meanwhile
have one final regular season showdown with the Las Vegas Ducks at Ed Fountain Park next Saturday
afternoon.
THE BG GATORS DEFEATED THE CIM STORM 42-0 AT CIMARRON HS
The Bishop Gorman Gators won a lopsided battle over the shorthanded Cimarron Storm at Cimarron
High School this past weekend. Kyri Shoels scored a touchdown and passed for another in leading the
BG Gators to a big win. Shoels passed 20 yards to TJ Bevett in the 1st quarter and returned a punt 23
yards for a touchdown in the 2nd quarter. The 2nd half was all defense as both teams played hard-nosed
football. The Storm played hard and did their best, but their offense found little room to run against the
Gators tough defense. The Gators defense played fabulous and completely shut down the Storms
offense. Davion Duncan recovered a fumble for the Gators. The Gators have a big showdown on Friday
night with the 702 49ers as they hope to keep the #3 seed in their sites heading into the playoffs. The
Storm meanwhile finishes out their season with a matchup against the TC Bulldogs as they search for
their first win of the season.
THE 702 49ERS DEFEATED THE TC BULLDOGS 29-6 AT SILVERADO HS
The 702 49ers remained perfect on the season as they defeated the TC Bulldogs in a hard fought matchup
at Silverado High School this past Saturday afternoon. Willie Montgomery had another MVP
performance scoring 3 touchdowns to lead the 49ers to victory. Montgomery scored on a dazzling 90
yard run and 35 & 60 yard jaunts. Dzjon Hal also scored for the 49ers on a 25 yard run. The Bulldogs
lone touchdown was on a beautiful 70 yard kickoff return by Omarion Ireland. The 49ers offense
pounded the rock for 271 yards rushing behind great blocking by their offensive line. Willie
Montgomery rushed for 250 yards and Dzjon Hal chipped in with 100 yards. The 49ers defense did a
great job getting 4 turnovers and containing the dangerous Omarion Ireland of the Bulldogs. Ian Omelas
and Maximus Haynes recovered fumbles, while Dzjon Hal and Raiden Villanueva had interceptions. The
Bulldogs were led by Omarion Ireland with 44 yards rushing and QB Julien Ball passed for 38 yards.
The 49ers will look to complete a perfect regular season with a victory over the Gators in Friday night
action while the Bulldogs will try and earn one final win before the playoffs start as they take on the
Storm at Cimarron High School.
THE LV DUCKS DEFEATED THE AV AGGIES 42-0 AT MOJAVE HS
The Las Vegas Ducks quacked their way to their 6th straight win as they took down the Aggies at
Mojave High School. Germie Bernard continued his MVP play scoring 3 touchdowns to lead the
Ducks to victory. Bernard scored on 21 & 25 yard TD passes form QB Dominic Dicandillo and
QB Jaden Turner. He also returned a kickoff 60 yards for a score. Dicandillo also scored on a
55 yard run and Jace Baca scored on a 27 yard run. Juan Kinley III scored on a 40 yard run for
the Ducks. The Ducks offense rushed for 133 yards and passed for 46 yards. Dominic
Dicandillo and Juan Kinley III combined for 98 yards rushing. Germie Bernard caught 2 passes
for 46 yards. The Aggies played very hard physical football sticking strictly to their ground
attack which gained 64 tough yards. The Aggies will try one last time for a regular season win as
they take on the Henderson Cowboy at Liberty High School next weekend. The Ducks
meanwhile will try and finish out a perfect regular season and keep their hopes for a #1 seed
alive when they battle the Las Vegas Cowboys at Ed Fountain Park.

THE HG COWBOYS DEFEATED THE BG GATORS 12-6 AT ED FOUNTAIN #8 ON 4/23
The Henderson Cowboys had just enough offense to ride past the Bishop Gorman Gators in an overtime
thriller at Ed Fountain Park on Thursday night. The Cowboys Cam'ron Barfield scored the game winning
touchdown on a 3 yard run in overtime for a huge win. After hard hitting defensive and scoreless 1st half
the Cowboys got on the board in the 3rd quarter on a 1 yard plunge by Justyn Rhett for a 6-0 lead. The
Gators tied the game at 6-6 with 3 minutes left in the 4th quarter on a 2 yard run by Kyri Shoels. The
Cowboys took the ensuing kickoff and moved the ball into Gators territory for a game winning field goal
with 7 seconds left in the game, but the try missed and they went into overtime. On the Cowboys
possession in overtime Cam'ron Barfield scored on a 3 yard run for the victory. Both teams played
outstanding defense, with the Gators holding the edge in total offensive yards 135 yards to 70 yards for
the Cowboys. The Cowboys defense came up with 2 key turnovers which made a big difference. For
the Cowboys offense, Cam'ron Barfield was work horse with 52 hard earned yards on 21 totes. Tristen
Tucay recovered a big fumble and Justyn Rhett had a huge in interception for the Cowboys turnovers.
The Gators were led by Kyri Shoels with 51 well-earned yards and Silas Shannon added 33 yards. The
Cowboys return to Ed Fountain action this Thursday night where they will take on the Green Machine.

The TC Bulldogs earned a fun Friday night victory by taking down the Green Machine at Ed Fountain
Park. Omarion Ireland and Ternilla Thomas each scored 2 touchdowns to power the Bulldogs to victory.
Ireland scored on 21 & 28 yard runs and Thomas scored on 48 yard run and a sizzling 84 yard sprint.
The Green Machine scored on a 8 yard run by Bryan Finks for their lone TD. The Bulldogs offense
rushed for 280 yards behind Superior blocking by their offensive line. Omarion Ireland enjoyed sticking
it to his old team rushing for 130 yards and Ternilla Thomas added 139 yards rushing. For the Bulldogs
defense Demarion Burton had a interception. The Green Machine rushed for 149 yards with Andrew
Juarez and Kameryn Herald leading the way. The Green Machine will look to bounce back on Thursday
night against the Henderson Cowboys. The Bulldogs meanwhile will look to keep growling out wins
against the 702 49ers at Silverado High School.
THE LV DUCKS DEFEATED THE HG BEARCATS 52-8 AT ED FOUNTAIN #8
The Las Vegas Ducks offense found the end zone early and often against the Bearcats in an offensive
outburst at Ed Fountain Park this past weekend. Germie Bernard continued his fine season scoring 2
touchdowns to lead the LV Ducks to victory. Bernard scored on a 22 yard run and a nice 43 yard
interception return. Other Ducks scoring were Jaden Jackson on a 13 yard run, Juan Kinley III on a 12
yard run, Jaden Turner on a 2 yard run, Dominic Dicandillo on a 21 yard run, and Blair Thayer on a 2
yard run. The Bearcats lone touchdowns was scored on an excellent 80 yard run by Jaden Green. The
Ducks offense ran the ball at will with their offensive line creating huge holes. They piled up 247 yards
rushing with Dominic Dicandillo and Germie Bernard combining for 132 yards. The Ducks defense
played fabulous recovering 3 fumbles by Dicandillo, Jaden Turner, and Blair Thayer Jr. The Bearcats
were led by Jaden Green with 78 yards rushing and Justin Raines had an interception on defense. The
Bearcats will look to claw their way back to the winners circle against the Las Vegas Cowboys at Basic
High School while the Ducks will look to quack out another win over the Aggies at Mojave High School.
THE 702 49ERS DEFEATED THE CIM STORM 42-0 AT SILVERADO HS
The 702 49ers looked like a dominant team Saturday at Silverado High School as they marched all over
the Storm at Silverado High School. The 49ers had 6 different players score touchdowns to lead them to
victory. In the 1st quarter Dzjon Hal scored on a 10 yard run, and Aiden Cross scored on a 5 yard run. In
the 2nd quarter speedy Willie Montgomery scored on 36 yard run and Raiden Villanueva scored on a 25
yard interception return and Jesiah McDonald scored on a 35 yard run. The 49ers last score was by Jared
Tufele on a nice 50 yard kickoff return. The 49ers rushed for 91 yards and their defense limited the
Storms offense to 81 total yards. The Storm played very hard and was led by James Henderson with 28
yards rushing. The 49ers will look to stay undefeated next weekend when they take on the Bulldogs at
Silverado High School while the Storm will travel back to Cimarron HS to take on the roster.
THE LV COWBOYS DEFEATED THE AV AGGIES 7-0 AT MOJAVE HS
In a battle in the trenches with both defenses playing great football, the Cowboys scored in the 1st quarter
on an 18 yard run by Ney'amiyah Jackson which would hold up for a 7-0 victory. The Cowboys offense
was led by Jaylin Morrison with 69 yards rushing. They had 130 yards of total offense against a very
tough Aggie defense. The Cowboys defense was excellent, and Malachi Williams made 2 big sacks late
in the 4th quarter on the Aggies QB. The Aggies offense was limited to 59 yards by the Cowboys
aggressive swarming defense. For the Aggies defense Hunter Stimpson and Gabriel House recovered
fumbles. The Cowboys will try and keep the wins coming their way next weekend whenthey take on the
Bearcats at Basic High School while the Aggies will look for their first win against the Ducks at Mojave
High School.

THE MOJ GREEN MACHINE DEFEATED THE LV COWBOYS 34-20 AT MOJAVE HS
The Green Machine and Cowboys offenses were each rolling on Saturday, but Andrew Juarez and Tyriks
Simeus each scored 2 touchdowns to power the Green Machine to victory. Juarez scored on a nice 54
yard run and an excellent 70 yard kickoff return. Simeus scored on runs of 53 & 14 yards. Also scoring
for the Machine was Bryan Finks on a 10 yard run. The Cowboys Jaylin Morrison had a big game and
was unstoppable. He scored 3 touchdowns on runs of 43, 15, and a bronco busting 70 yarder which he
ran over, through and dragged would be tacklers. The Green Machine offense looked well lubricated and
was running smoothly on all cylinders. Andrew Juarez, Tyriks Simeus, and Bryan Finks combined for
174 yards rushing while picking up 9 first downs along the way. The Green Machine defense played well
recovering key fumbles by Da'Marion Byrd and Jerry Juarez IV. The Cowboys offense was led by Jaylin
Morrison with 225 yards on 15 carries. Morrison used his size, strength and speed to run over, around,
and through defenders throughout the game. Colin Fitzpatrick had a fine game on defense for the
Cowboys with 2 QB sacks. The Green Machine will look to stay on the attack next weekend when they
take on the TC Bulldogs on Friday night at Ed Fountain Park. The Cowboys meanwhile will look to get
back in the saddle for another victory when they take on the Aggies next weekend.
THE HG COWBOYS DEFEATED THE CIM STORM 42-0 AT CIMARRON HS
The Henderson Cowboys got on their horses and rode through the Storm Saturday morning at Cimarron
High School for a big victory. Justyn Rhett passed for 2 touchdowns to lead the Cowboys to victory.
Rhett passed 30 yards to Jacob Bozarth and 25 yards to Liam Fitzpatrick for another touchdown. Other
Cowboys scoring touchdowns were Cam'ron Barfield on an excellent 70 yard kickoff return, Davion Jacot
on a 25 yard run, Sterling Wake on a 55 yard run, Jayven Perez on a 30 yard run, and Finn Briley on a 35
yard run. The Cowboys defense played tremendous, and was all over the field. They held the Storm to
negative yards on offense. Isaiah Mideau recovered a fumble and Brody Clark had an interception. The
Storm lacked experience against the Cowboys and it showed, but they played hard and gave it their all.
They will look to try again next weekend when they take on the equally tough 702 49ers. The Cowboys
meanwhile will take on the BG Gators in what should be an excellent Thursday night battle.
THE 702 49ERS DEFEATED THE AV AGGIES 42-0 AT SILVERADO HS
Willie Montgomery had a big game scoring 3 touchdowns to lead the 49ers to pay dirt as they took down
the Aggies at Silverado High School. Montgomery showed his speed and quickness scampering 53, 60,
and 25 yards for touchdowns. Zephaniah Maea scored on a 55 yard run, and the 49ers defense got in on
the scoring action with 2 touchdowns. Isaiah Hampton flew 80 yards with a fumble recovery for a score,
and Dzjon Hal ran a fumble back 20 yards for a TD. The 49ers offense rushed for 208 yards behind solid
blocking by their offensive line. Willie Montgomery led the attack with 139 yards rushing. The 49ers
defense played excellent with fumble recoveries by Hampton and Hal. The Aggies played hard and were
led on offense by Bryan Sulanke Jr with 35 yards rushing. The 49ers will look to keep the wins coming
when they take on the Storm next weekend while the Aggies will try again for a win in their matchup with
the Las Vegas Cowboys.
THE LV DUCKS DEFEATED THE TC BULLDOGS 44-14 AT BASIC HS
The Las Vegas Ducks flew their way past the TC Bulldogs for a nice win at Basic High School. Germie
Bernard and Juan Kinley III each scored 2 touchdowns to lead the Ducks to victory. Bernard scored on
passes covering 15 & 40 yards form QB Jaden Turner. Kinley III scored on runs of 4 & 8 yards for the
Ducks. The Bulldogs scored on a beautiful 60 yard interception return by Fabian Ybarra Soriano and a 7
yard run by Demarion Burton. The Ducks offense was led by Jace Baca with 43 yards rushing and
Germie Bernard caught 3 passes for 59 yards. The Ducks defense was tremendous, recovering 4 fumbles
by Jaden Turner, Nyic'quavayion Willis (2), and Germie Bernard. Dominic Dicandillo had an
interception and a sack for the Ducks defense. The Bulldogs offense found little room to run or time to
pass against the Ducks tenacious defense. On defense for the Bulldogs Fabian Ybarra Soriano recovered
a fumble and had an interception. The Ducks will look to stay flying high next weekend at Ed Fountain
Park when they take on the Henderson Bearcats at Basic High School. The Bulldogs meanwhile will take

THE BG GATORS DEFEATED THE HG BEARCATS 40-6 AT ED FOUNTAIN #8
The Gators chomped out a big victory behind their large offensive line at Ed Fountain Park as they took
down the Bearcats this past weekend. Silas Shannon scored 2 touchdowns to lead the Gators to victory.
Shannon scored on 5 & 15 yard runs and Michael Green scored on a 10 yard run. Camden Miller scored
on 10 yard run and Timothy Walters scored on a 15 yard run for the Gators. Michael Smith caught an 8
yard TD pass from QB Kyri Shoels for another Gators TD. The Bearcats lone touchdown was scored on
an excellent 75 yard run by Jaden Green. The Gators offense rushed for 211 yards and passed for 76
yards. Their offensive line did a great job creating holes for the backs and time for their QBS to throw.
The Gators defense did a great job with Camden Miller recovering a fumble. The Bearcats were led by
Jaden Green with 79 yards rushing and Blayke Michael recovered a fumble on defense. The Gators have
a big matchup Thursday night ahead of them as they take on the Henderson Cowboys under the lights

THE LV COWBOYS DEFEATED THE CIM STORM 38-0 AT CIMARRON HS
The Las Vegas Cowboys roped and rode their way to their first victory of the season in shutout fashion as
they took down the Storm at Cimarron High School. Jaylin Morrison had a big game scoring 4
touchdowns in leading the LV Cowboys to victory. Morrison scored on runs of 49, 15, 19, and 11 yards.
Travale Richardson Jr scored on a 31 yard scamper and Ney'amiyah Jackson scored on a 20 yard TD pass
from QB Colin Kirkpatrick for the Cowboys. The Cowboys offense was led by Jaylin Morrison with 101
yards rushing and Travale Richardson chipped in with 41 yards. The Cowboys defense was outstanding
with Angel Jones and Travale Richardson recovering fumbles. They held the Storm to just 31 yards of
total offense. The Storm offense was led by Kristopher Sailes with 30 yards rushing. On defense for the
Storm Cody Lillard and Ashton Meacham had fumble recoveries. The Cowboys will look to keep the
wins coming their way when they take on the Green Machine at Mojave High School next weekend. The
Storm meanwhile will try again for their first win when they take on the Henderson Cowboys back at
Cimarron High School.
THE LV DUCKS DEFEATED THE HG COWBOYS 14-8 AT LIBERTY HS
In a tremendous battle between two of the best the Midget Division has to offer, the Las Vegas Ducks
defeated the Henderson Cowboys at Liberty High School. Germie Bernard scored 2 touchdowns,
including the game winner in the 3rd quarter to lead the Ducks to a big win. The Ducks went out in front
in the 1st quarter 6-0 on a 32 jaunt by Germie Bernard. Bernard added the all-important 2 point
conversion for an 8-0 lead. The Ducks defense held that lead until the 3rd quarter when Levi Fulton
scored on a 23 yard run, and the Cowboys kicked a 2 point conversion for a 8-8 tie. The Ducks came
right back with Germie Bernard, and he responded with a stunning 63 yard gallop for a TD. The Ducks
now led 14-8 going into the 4th quarter and their defense rose to the occasion shutting down the Cowboys
to preserve the victory. The Ducks offense rushed for 163 hard earned yards, with Germie Bernard
rushing for 119 yards. Bernard also had big game on defense delivering many big hits and Carter Hogue
played well recovering a fumble. The Cowboys offense relied on Levi Fulton with 48 yards rushing and
on defense Liam Fitzpatrick recovered a fumble. The Las Vegas Ducks will look to remain undefeated as
they take on the TC Bulldogs next time out at Basic High School while the Henderson Cowboys will
travel to Cimarron High School to battle the Storm as they look to get back to .500 on the season.

The Mojave Green Machine earned another big Midget Division victory by taking down the Aggies in a
hard fought battle at Mojave High School. Andrew Juarez scored 2 touchdowns to lead the Green
Machine to a nice victory. Juarez scored on runs of 50 & 12 yards for the games only Touchdowns. The
Green Machine offense rushed for 151 yards and passed for 38 yards. Andrew Juarez and Bryan Finks
combined for 134 yards rushing and Juarez passed 38 yards in the victory. The Green Machine offense
made 11 first downs and controlled the game clock with their steady ground game. The Aggies offense
was led by Vitor Salazar with 28 yards rushing. Both teams played very good defense the Aggies getting
only gaining only 53 yards, while the Green Machine gained 189 yards. The Green Machine will look to
keep the gas pumping for another win next weekend with a victory over the Las Vegas Cowboys at
Mojave High School. The Aggies meanwhile will look to earn their first victory at Silverado High
School over the 702 49ers.
THE 702 49ERS DEFEATED THE HG BEARCATS 28-0 AT SILVERADO HS
In a hard fought penalty filled game, the 702 49ers defeated the Henderson Bearcats at Silverado High
School. Willie Montgomery continued to have a fine season scoring 2 touchdowns to lead the 49ers to
victory. Montgomery scored on 25 & 15 yard runs. Raiden Villanueva scored on a 5 yard run and Jared
Tufele scored on an electrifying 75 yard run for the 49ers. The 49ers offensive line did a superior job
blocking as they accumulated 230 yards rushing. Willie Montgomery, Zephaniah Maea, and Jared Tufele
combined for 185 yards rushing, while Isaiah Hampton had 50 yards passing. The 49ers defense was
solid gold as they recorded 3 QB sacks, 2 by Dzjon Hal. The Bearcats offense could muster little against
the 49ers defense, but they played with pride and did their best. On defense Jaden Green recovered a
fumble. The Bearcats will look to get back into the win column next weekend when they take on the
Gators at Ed Fountain Park. The 49ers meanwhile will look to remain undefeated as they take on the
Arbor View Aggies at Silverado High School.
THE BG GATORS DEFEATED THE TC BULLDOGS 28-12 AT ED FOUNTAIN PARK FIELD 8
The Bishop Gorman Gators were able to fend off a hard charging TC Bulldogs squad for a victory at Ed
Fountain Park this past weekend. Jeremiah Hughes and Kyri Shoels each scored 2 touchdowns to power
the Gators to victory. Hughes scored in the 1st quarter on a 3 yard run and then exploded in the 2nd
quarter on a stunning 93 yard TD run. Shoels scored in the 1st quarter on a pretty 50 yard punt return and
a slashing 38 yard run in the 2nd quarter. The Bulldogs showed some bite and scored in the 2nd quarter
on a sizzling 65 yard run by Omarion (BABY I) Ireland and later in the 3rd quarter Fabian Soriano scored
on a 26 yard run. The Gators offense piled up 243 yards rushing behind a fine performance by their
offensive line. Jeremiah Hughes led the attack with 105 yards and Kyri Shoels added 96 yards rushing.
The Gators defense played a fine game with Silas Shannon and Michael Green recovering fumbles. The
Bulldogs were led by Omarion Ireland with 83 yards rushing and Julien Ball had 32 yards passing. The
Gators will look to earn their 3rd victory next time out when they take on the Bearcats while the Bulldogs

THE MOJ GREEN MACHINE DEFEATED THE CIM STORM 41-0 AT CIMARRONS HS
The Green Machine raced out to their first Midget Division victory of the season behind an impressive
performance at Cimarron HS over the Storm. Andrew Juarez had a big game scoring 3 touchdowns and
passing for another to lead the Green Machine to victory. Juarez ran 12, 45, and 15 yards for TDS, and
passed 25 yards to Isaiah Barber for a score. Other players scoring were Tyriks Simeus on a 30 yard
fumble return and Byran Finks on a 30 yard run. Andrew Juarez led the Green Machine’s potent ground
attack with 98 yards rushing and Byran Finks chipped in with 50 yards. On defense for the Machine,
Andrew Juarez and Tyriks Simeus recovered fumbles. The Storm stayed mainly with the running game,
with Kristopher Salles accounting for 44 rushing yards. The Green Machine will look to get above .500
next weekends when they take on the Arbor View Aggies back at Mojave High School. The Storm
meanwhile will look to gain hurricane force strength over the off week in preparation for their matchup
with the Las Vegas Cowboys.

Don’t look now folks, but the Bearcats are very quietly sitting at 2-0 this early in the Midget Division
season behind a pair of impressive victories. Jaden Green starred as he scored 3 touchdowns to lead the
Bearcats to victory. Green scored on 50 & 30 yard runs and Brandon Tunnell passed 40 yards to Green
for another touchdown. Bryan Sulanke Jr scored the Aggies lone touchdown on a 10 yard run. Jaden
Green led the Bearcat offense with 101 yards rushing and QB Brandon Tunnell passed for 86 yards. The
Aggies offense kept the ball on the ground rushing 25 times for 83 yards. Bryan Sulanke Jr rushed for 41
yards to lead the way. The Bearcats will have a tough task ahead of them next weekend if they hope to
remain undefeated as they take on the defending champion 702 49ers at Silverado High School. The
Aggies meanwhile will try again for win #1 when they take on the Mojave Green Machine at Mojave
High School next time out.

In a battle of two certain Midget Division contenders, the Las Vegas Ducks powered their wings and flew
past the Gators with a shutout win this weekend at Liberty High School. Dominic Dicandilo scored 2
touchdowns to lead the LV Ducks over the Gators. Dicandilo scored on runs of 20 & 1 yards and Germie
Bernard sprinted 93 yards for another Ducks touchdown. Juan Kinley III also scored for the Ducks on a 4
yard run for the Ducks. The Ducks offensive line did a fantastic job creating huge running lanes for their
runners as they compiled 285 yards on the ground. Germie Bernard led all runners with 156 yards
rushing and Dominic Dicandilo chipped in with 43 yards. The Ducks defense was dominant holding the
Gators to 81 total offensive yards. Jaden Turner had a great game on defense intercepting 2 passes and
Blair Thayer Jr had 2 QB sacks. The Gators were led by Kyri Shoels with 25 yards rushing and TJ Bevett
had 39 yards receiving. Bevett also had an interception on defense for the Gators. The Gators will look
to bounce back next weekend when they take on the TC Bulldogs in a matchup of .500 teams looking to

In a much hyped rivalry matchup, the 702 49ers and Henderson Cowboys faced off at Silverado High
School in a matchup that saw the 49ers come out ahead this time around in the Midget Division
Championship Game rematch. Zephaniah Maea and Dzjon Hal each scored 2 touchdowns to power the
49ers to a big win over the Cowboys. Maea scored on a 10 yard run and a 35 yard reception from QB
Isaiah Hampton. Hal scored on a 20 yard pass from Hampton and an excellent 50 yard fumble return.
Other 49ers players that scored were Willie Montgomery on a 35 yard run and Isaiah Hampton on a 10
yard run. For the Cowboys, Levis Fulton scored on a 2 yard run and Dylan Pullen scored on a 5 yard run.
The 49ers offense rushed for 212 yards and passed for 60 yards. Zephaniah Maea, Willie Montgomery,
and Isaiah Hampton combined for 204 rushing yards. Hampton passed for 60 yards as well in the win.
Dzjon Hal had a QB sack and a fumble recovery on defense for the 49ers. The Cowboys were led by
Levi Fulton with 39 yards rushing and 110 yards passing. Davion Jacot recovered a fumble for the
Cowboy defense. The 49ers will square off in a battle of the unbeaten teams next weekend when they
face the Henderson Bearcats. The Henderson Cowboys meanwhile face another tough foe, this time in
the form of the Las Vegas Ducks back at Liberty High School.

THE HG BEARCATS DEFEATED THE TC BULLDOGS 26-19 AT BASIC HS
The Henderson Bearcats clawed past the Bulldogs for an impressive victory in their first game at Basic
High School this past weekend. Jaden Green scored 3 touchdowns and rushed for 151 yards to lead the
Bearcats to victory. The Bulldogs took an early 6-0 lead on a 1 yard run by Ternilla Thomas. In the 2nd
quarter the Bearcats tied the score at 6-6 on a 17 yard run by Jaden Green. The Bearcats came right back
and scored again on a 39 yard run by Brandon Tunnell for a 14-6 lead. In the 3rd quarter the Bulldogs
closed the gap to 14-12 on a 32 yard run by Omarion (BABY I) Ireland. However, the Bearcats would
answer right back on a 50 yard run by Jaden Green for a 20-12 lead. In the 4th quarter the Bearcats
extended their lead to 26-12 on another 50 yard jaunt by Green. The Bulldogs still had some fight in
them, and they scored on a 35 yard run by Ternilla Thomas for a 26-19 final score. The Bearcats
offensive line did a good job blocking as they rushed for 207 yards. Brandon Tunnell rushed for 57 yards
to accompany Greens 151 yards. The Bearcats defense played well getting 2 interceptions by Jaden
Green and Diego Ramos, and a fumble recovery by Mason Baillargeon. The Bulldogs offense was led by
Omarion Ireland with 134 yards rushing. The Bulldogs offensive line played great clearing the way for
241 yards rushing. Ternilla Thomas added 87 yards rushing and Dallas Hughes recovered a fumble on
defense for the Bulldogs.

The Las Vegas Ducks flew to excellent heights week #1 as they flew through the Storm at Cimarron HS
this weekend. The LV Ducks offensive played outstanding football, plowing the way for 365 yards
rushing to lead their team to victory. Germie Bernard scored on runs of 43 & 58 yards and Juan Kinley
III scored on a 27 yard run. Also scoring was Nyie'Quaucyion Willis on a 33 yard pass from QB Jaden
Turner. Dominic Dicandilo scored on a 36 yard run and Jace Baca scored on a 49 yard run for the Ducks.
Germie Bernard led all runners with 141 yards rushing and Dominic Dicandilo and Jace Baca combined
for 126 yards rushing. The Ducks defense was awesome holding the Storm to just 8 total yards. As a
team they recovered 5 fumbles from Jace Baca and 2 each by Germie Bernard and Carter Hogue. The
Storm played their best but their inexperience showed. They look to improve next week when they take
on the Mojave Green Machine. The Ducks meanwhile will look to keep flying high against the BG
Gators.
THE BG GATORS DEFEATED THE AV AGGIES 42-0 AT ED FOUNTAIN PARK FIELD 8
The Gators chomped their way to a big victory week 1, making a major statement that their Midget
Division squad is ready to contend now. Timothy Walters had a big game scoring 2 touchdowns in
leading the Gators to victory. Walters scored on a 60 yard fumble return and a 40 yard pass reception.
Jerimiah Hughes scored on a 44 yard run as well for the Gators. Also scoring for the Gators was Silas
Shannon on a 35 yard run and Camden Miller on a 1 yard run. Kyri Shoels also scored for the Gators on
a 60 yard run. The Gators offensive line deserves a lot of credit, as they powered the running attack
which gained 278 yards rushing. Leading all rushers was Kyri Shoels with 128 yards. Silas Shannon and
Jerimiah Hughes combined for 90 yards rushing for the Gators. The Gator defense was excellent, holding
the Aggies to 19 yards of total offense. The young Aggies team played hard but their inexperience
showed against the Gators. Jayden Smith recovered a fumble for the Aggies on defense, and played a fine
game. The Gators will look to keep chomping away with the wins against the Las Vegas Ducks next
weekend while the Aggies will hope to bounce back when they take on the Bearcats at Del Sol High
School.
THE HG COWBOYS DEFEATED THE LV COWBOYS 42-0 AT LIBERTY HS
The Henderson Cowboys played the role sheriff at Liberty High School this past weekend when they took
down the Las Vegas Cowboys this time around. Levi Fulton led the HC Cowboys attack, scoring 2
touchdowns in their opening season victory. Fulton scored on 50 & 20 yard runs and Brody Clark scored
on a 35 yard run for the Henderson Cowboys. Other HC Cowboy scoring was Cooper Teague on a 30
yard pass from QB Levi Fulton and Isaiah Bottley on a 40 yard pass from Fulton. The last Cowboy TD
was scored by Isaiah Mideau on a 10 yard run. The HC Cowboys offense rushed for 187 yards with Levi
Fulton gaining 70 yards. Brody Clark and Gunnar Myro combined for 83 yards rushing. Levi Fulton
passed for 95 yards for the HC Cowboys. The LV Cowboys gave it their all, but were out matched in this
game. They look to improve in next week’s game when they take on the TC Bulldogs. The Henderson
Cowboys meanwhile will take on 702 49ers in a top level Midget Division battle.
THE 702 49ERS DEFEATED THE MOJ GREEN MACHINE 36-0 AT MOJAVE HS
The 702 49ers played like defending champions when they took down the Green Machine at Mojave High
School this past weekend. The 49ers found gold early and often as Willie Montgomery scored 2
touchdowns to lead them to an opening season victory. Montgomery scored on runs of 61& 28 yards,
while gaining a game high 99 yards rushing. Jared Tufele opened the scoring for the 49ers with a 20 yard
TD catch from QB Isaiah Hampton. Tufele also scored in the 2nd quarter on a nifty 40 yard run. Isaiah
Hampton closed out the 49ers scoring with a 1 yard sneak in the 4th quarter. The 49ers offense rushed for
238 yards and QB Isaiah Hampton completed 8 of 12 passes for 102 yards. The 49ers made 9 first downs
but committed 9 penalties for 100 yards. The Green Machine offense struggled against the much larger
49ers team, gaining just 20 total offensive yards. They were led by Tyriks Simeus on offense with 13
yards rushing. The 49ers defense played awesome with Michael Casian recovering a fumble, and Dzjon
Hal getting an interception. The Green Machine gave it their all and look to rebound next week when they
take on the Cimarron Storm. The 49ers meanwhile have a date with the Henderson Cowboys awaiting
them next Saturday.
