from O’so Brewing has a bready finish and puts on display complex aromatics of
pineapple, melon, and lemon as the product of a carefully controlled 100%
brettanomyces fermentation. Our brewers went back to school and took a refresher
course on all things brettanomyces to create for you a refreshing ale that showcases the
more tropical side of brett using two separate isolates of brettanomyces bruxellensis.
