Important facts to note
-Commission structure on level one you make $60 per box sold on your first level and make $10
on your Second and Third Level.
-You do not have to purchase a box to make commissions and fast start bonuses from the sale
of boxes are paid every Friday.
-Pro Membership gets you commissions on more levels & residuals and can be paid

Q: can we sell to businesses?
A: No you cannot sell to businesses.
Q: Do you get Local channels on this device?
A: No you cannot get local channels on this device. You must purchase an antenna and then
you can pick up your local channels.
Q: Is there a monthly fee?
A: No there is a onetime purchase fee for the box.
Q. Is this legal?
A. Yes it is legal; there is not a record function on the box so as long as you’re not trying to
record and sell it is just streaming video, Much like YouTube.
Q. Do you have to have internet for the box to work?
A. Yes, you have to have high speed internet.
Q. Will this device work on all of my T.V.'s?
A. The box only works on one T.V. at a time, but it is very portable and can be easily moved to
a different T.V.
Q. How much can I retail this box for?
A. It sells for $349.00 if a customer orders it on your website, if you have the box on hand
suggested retail is $375.00 but keep in mind we are trying to help people save money by cutting
their bill.
Q. Are there marketing materials available?
A. Marketing materials are available at the Vstream Marketing Tools area on Facebook
Q. Is there bulk discounts if I order more than one box?
A: There are discounts available for ordering more than one box.
Q: Does the Vstream Box work on older model TV's
A: Yes as long as you have an area for the coaxial to plug into. Red white yellow wire
connections.
Q: Are the training calls recorded?
A: All Tuesday and Wed training calls are recorded. Check your E-mail for the recording links.
Q: Is there a warranty on the box.
A:There is a one-year warranty on the VStream TV box.
Q: Is there a return policy?
A: You may return the box no later than seven days after you receive it. You will be refunded
minus a $5.00 processing fee and the cost of shipping. The box must be in working order for a
refund to be issued.
