PermaWrapMCTM is a perforated, woven polyolefin
house wrap designed to add an extra level of
moisture management. With its added ridges, water
that penetrates the primary weather barrier of a
wall system’s exterior cladding is able to drain away
from the wall assembly. The added ridges will not
flatten or collapse after final wall cladding is installed.
PermaWrapMCTM is an excellent secondary
weatherization system that aids in deflecting
water and wind-driven rain, yet breathes to allow
trapped moisture vapor in the wall cavities to
escape. PermaWrapMCTM meets or exceeds the IBC
and IRC requirements for water resistive barriers
and for drainage efficiency. PermaWrapMC™ is
the right choice when you need a superior water
management system for your wall assembly.
PermaWrapMC™ is ideal for residential
or commercial projects with stucco, stone,
and other various siding materials. It has
been tested and proven to provide drainage
behind finished cladding in the event water
