Unique gearbox

The chain floor in the
SAMSON spreaders
covers 95 % of the floor.
Drivers lift the chains
from the bottom and
ensure a stable conveying of the material
towards the drums and
reduce the wear of the
chains.
Shock absorbers

All SAMSON spreaders
are equipped with rubber shock absorbers on
the drawbar. The rubber
shock absorbers reduce
heavy bumps when
driving on broken ground
and thus the strain on
the spreader and the
tractor.
Additional equipment
Effective working procedures are important in professional
farming. The use of equipment must be time-saving and
easy to handle for the user. The SAMSON spreaders can be
equipped with a number of additional accessories, which
improves the efficiency, the user-friendliness and the
general safety at the same time.

because he doesn’t have to adjust
the chain floor manually, each time

Chain floor
LoadLogger
LoadLogger is the new load
counter for SAMSON spreaders.
It has a counting device (can be
reset) that counts the number
of loads spread on every job.
LoadLogger also has a counter
that sums up the total number of
loads spread by a machine.
Level indicator
All SAMSON spreaders can be
mounted with a level indicator
for the hydraulic slurry gate. The
indicator increases the accuracy
when the hydraulic gate is used
as dosage device.
MuckMaster 1000
Hydraulic slurry gate
MuckMaster 1000 is a computer
dosing unit, which controls the
speed of the chain floor
hydraulically and adjusts it
according to the speed of the
tractor. This way, the dosage
amount is kept constant
regardless the speed of the tractor.
A hydraulic slurry gate can be mounted
on all SAMSON spreaders. The hydraulic
slurry gate is galvanized and prevents
waste from the spreader during
transport. Furthermore, the slurry gate
functions as a proportioning mechanism
during spreading of pulverized and
highly concentrated materials.

SP 9 - SP 15
The SP 9, SP 11, SP 12 and SP 15 are SAMSON’S well-known,
strong and dependable spreaders, which have been developed
in cooperation with our users. SP is SAMSON’S universal
spreader series capable of handling all sorts of spreading
tasks irrespective of the sort and nature of the material.
The SP series easily handles compact and heavy material as
well as light difficult unhandy material. The spreaders in the
SP seies can distribute the material from 4 t/ha to 70 t/ha.

SP 22 is the most recent
and largest spreader for
SAMSON. It is ideal for
wide spreading of dry
and light materials but
also easily handles heavy
substances. SP 22 can
contain up to 29 m3 and
is mounted with a tandem
axle spring suspension with
pivotal axle. The spreader
is mounted with horizontal
drums that rip the materials
and a deflector plate with
