PLACE DES ARTS CONTEST
“Newsletter”
Contest
1. To be eligible to enter, participants must subscribe to the Place des Arts newsletter.
Those already subscribed to the newsletter are automatically eligible for the contest.
The contest runs from June 19, 2015 to August 28, 2015. One drawing will take place
every Friday at noon.
1. This contest is open to residents of Quebec, of age 18 and older.
2. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
3. Winning participants will have to correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question
(equation).
4. Prizes must be accepted as awarded and cannot be exchanged or transferred.

6. Random drawings will take place between June 19, 2015 and August 28, 2015, every
Friday at noon. Winners will be notified by email or by telephone.
Terms and Conditions
7. Limit of one entry per person for the duration of the contest.
8. Winners will be contacted by email or by telephone. Winners must collect their prize
within 10 days. Should a winner fail to collect the prize within the allotted time, the
contest organizers will proceed with another drawing to select a new winner. Prizes
will be sent to the winners by mail.
9. Employees, representatives, and agents of Place des Arts, as well as contest judges,
and persons with whom any of the aforementioned are domiciled are not eligible to
enter the contest.
10. By entering the contest, all winners authorize, if necessary, the contest organizers to
use their name and/or photo for advertising purposes, without any further
compensation.
11. Any dispute regarding the organization or conduct of a promotional contest may be
submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec for a ruling.
Any dispute regarding the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie for the
sole purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
