MANDATORY REFERRALS:
1. Ordinance No. 194-15(Ward 3/Councilmember Cimperman): Authorizing the Director of
Port Control to lease certain warehouses located at City Docks 30 and 32 to various
companies for the purposes that may include storage, movie staging, construction
staging, and special events, for a term of two years, with three one-year options to
renew, the third of which is exercisable through additional legislative authority.
2. Ordinance No. 221-15(Ward 17/Councilmember Keane): Determining the method of
making the public improvement of installing or constructing a storage structure for
equipment at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport; authorizing the Director of Port
Control to enter into one or more public improvement contracts to construct the
improvement; and authorizing the director to employ one or more professional
consultants necessary to design the improvement.
ADMINISTRATIVE APPROVALS
1. Ordinance No. 218-15(Citywide): Authorizing the Director of Economic Development to
employ one or more professional consultants to evaluate, assess, and remediate
brownfield properties throughout the City of Cleveland.

making the public improvement of relocating and upgrading the Computed Tomography
Explosive Detection System, also known as the In-Line Baggage System; and authorizing
the Director of Port Control to enter into one or more public improvement contracts to
construct the improvement.
3. Ordinance No. 246-15(Various Wards): Determining the method of making the public
improvement of constructing and relocating the City Kennel, rehabilitating, renovating,
or otherwise improving various public facilities, including site improvements and
appurtenances; authorizing the Director of Public Works, Public Safety, Public Health, or
Capital Projects, as appropriate, to enter into one or more contracts for the making of
the improvements; authorizing the employment of professional consultants for design
and other services needed to implement the improvement; and to enter into various
written standard purchase and requirement contracts needed in connection with the
improvement.
4. Ordinance No. 247-15(Various Wards): Determining the method of making the public
improvement of constructing, rehabilitating, renovating, or otherwise improving various
recreation facilities and Loew Park, including site improvements and appurtenances;
authorizing the Director of Public Works or Capital Projects, as appropriate, to enter into
one or more contracts for the making of the improvements; authorizing the
employment of professional consultants for design and other services; and to enter into
various written standard purchase and requirement contracts needed in connection
with the improvement.
