We have pleasure in informing you that, Council is planning to participate at the 10th
Edition Pars Plast Iran(Specialized exhibition of “PLASTIC & POLYMER “)
scheduled to be held from 17th – 20th September, 2015 at Mashhad, Iran.
Considering the export potential in Iran, Council is planning to participate for the first
time at this exhibition. We have been informed that in the previous version, there were
about 180 companies from 7 countries exhibited their product and services. About
32000 visitors from different part of Iran visited the show.

Participation charges:
Shell Scheme: Minimum bookable area is 9 sqm & charges are USD 270 or Rs.17550/per square meter. Standard package will be included a constructed booth with fascia
name and standard furniture. Note: (USD is calculated @ Rs.65/-per USD)
Payment option: Details of our USD EEFC Account will be given to those who wish to
make the payment in USD. Please add USD 25 to cover bank charges. In case of payment in
rupees, you are requested to pay by Demand Draft/Cheque payable at Mumbai in favour of
‘THE PLASTICS EXPORT PROMOTION COUNCIL’.
Payment schedule/Application: Interested members are requested to confirm their
participation with 50% non-refundable payment, along with attached application form duly
filled in (Refundable only if the event is cancelled by us) and Balance 50% will be collected
on or before 31st August 2015.
Member’s benefit: Limited Market Development Assistance (MDA) will be available
(Subject to approval of the Department of Commerce, GOI) strictly on first-cum-firstserved basis up to (10) eligible members as per MDA guidelines under Focus Africa

permissible on travel expenses by Air in Economy Excursion Class fare and stall rental
