We have pleasure in informing you that, Council is planning to participate at NILE PLAST -2015 ( 8th Intl.
Exhibition for Plastic Industries ) scheduled to be held from 25-28 November 2015 at Khartoum Intl. Fair
Ground, SUDAN. This participation is subject to adequate response from members, and allotment of space
by the organizers.
Nile Plast is the only exhibition for plastic & rubber industries and technologies in Sudan, designed to
create a direct link between all entities related to the plastic and rubber industries in order to facilitate
relationships and achieve cooperation & integration between exhibitors, suppliers and prospective buyers,
with a goal of expanding our exhibitors’ vision to new horizons and shedding light on promising

Participation charges:
Shell Scheme: minimum bookable area is 9 sqm &charges are Euro 205 or Rs.15000/-per square meter.
Standard package will be included a constructed booth with fascia name,1 counter,1 table,2 chairs,3 spot
lights and 1 power outlet. (CORNER BOOTHS WILL HAVE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF 10 %) Note: (Euro
is calculated @ Rs.73/-per Euro)
Payment option: Details of our Euro EEFC Account will be given to those who wish to make payment in
Euro. Please add Euro 25 to cover bank charges. In case of payment in rupees, you are requested to pay by
Demand Draft/Cheque payable at Mumbai in favour of ‘THE PLASTICS EXPORT PROMOTION COUNCIL’.
Payment schedule/Application: Interested members are requested to confirm their participation with
50% non-refundable payment, along with attached application form duly filled in (Refundable only if the
event is cancelled by us) and Balance 50% will be collected on or before 30th September 2015.
Member’s benefit: Limited Market Development Assistance (MDA) will be available strictly on first-cumfirst-served basis up to (12) eligible members under the Focus – Africa programme as per MDA guidelines
which can be viewed at: http://commerce.nic.in/trade/mda-guidelines01-06-2013.pdf . Assistance would
be permissible on travel expenses by Air in Economy Excursion Class fare and charges of 9 sqm stall
rental, maximum up to Rs. 1,70 000/-. And in case of 6 sqm Rs.125000/- If you need any further
