Check-In:
Please proceed to “Sound Check Package Counter” at the box office and look for the check-in signs. Check-in is from
2:00PM – 3:00pm. There will be no late admittance to check-in so please arrive on time. Check-in is required to
attend the Soundcheck, pre-show hospitality and to receive the merchandise associated with your package. Your ticket
will be held at this check-in location.
Photo identification of the original package purchaser is required at the time of check-in, and the original purchaser must
be in attendance and entering the venue to receive the package elements. Once checked-in to the arena, there are no in
& out privileges.
Sound Check is a private rehearsal. Please respect these rules and courtesies:
No audio & video recording: Standard still pictures only for the first 15 minutes of sound check are permitted.
Professional cameras or cameras with detachable lenses will not be allowed in. Only small compact point-andshoot cameras that do not have detachable lenses will be allowed in.
Video of any kind is forbidden: This includes the use of digital camera or cell phone video. If the “no recording” rule is
disregarded, security has the right to confiscate your device until the end of sound check and erase any recorded content
related to the sound check. Please no cell phone calls or texting during sound check
No items such as album covers, guitars or memorabilia will be permitted into the venue. Bags will be thoroughly
searched prior to entry. There will be no autograph signings.

3. Package staff reserves the right to refuse admission, or eject any person from the event, due to security concerns on an individual
basis. All event participants must adhere to venue rules and regulations and are subject to search/security screening on site. No
weapons of any kind are permitted.
4. No refunds will be given under any circumstances except in the case of concert/entire program cancellation.
