25 – 26 May 2015 (Masterclasses 27 May) -‐ Brisbane Convention Centre -‐ www.pmiac.org.au Theme: PMI Australia taking our place in the world. Australia is continuing to increase its place in the world. In Jan 2013 Australia took a seat on the UN Security council to overwhelming international support (in the first round voting 140 or 193 countries votes for Australia). In Nov 2014 Brisbane hosted the G20 Summit. In 2018 the Gold Coast will host the Commonwealth Games. In Project Management, Australian PMs are also taking their place in the world. In 2013 the Adelaide Desalination Plan Project won the PMI Global Project of the Year Award (PMI PM Milind Kumar).
