CANCELLATION POLICY
Pole Divas Franchising Pty Ltd (A.C.N. 118 429 593), and Pole Divas Franchisees (“Pole Divas”, “we”, “us”, “our”) have adopted
this Cancellation Policy which applies to all dance classes, courses and workshops booked by clients (“you”) at any Pole Divas
studio.
1.
Types of Classes and Bookings
1.1 Casual Classes (“Casual Classes”)
Casual Dance Classes are available and must be booked and paid for in full before commencement of the class.
1.2 Session Cards
We offer Session Cards for Casual Classes which enable you to purchase a group of 10 classes in advance.
The Session Cards must be paid in full in advance prior to attend any casual class using your Session Card.
The Session Cards are valid for 3 months from date of purchase and can only be used by the Purchaser named on
the card.
The Session Cards are only redeemable and at the Studio named on the card.
1.3 Courses
Our Courses usually consist of a 4 or 8 week course of classes held within a Studio Term and are at a specific level,
eg. beginner, intermediate, advanced, etc.
A $100 booking deposit is taken when you book a course, with the balance to be paid in full 1 week prior to the course
commencement date.
1.4 Workshops
Workshops are specialty classes held regularly throughout the Studio Term.
Payment for Workshops must be made in full before commencement of the Workshop.
1.5 Private Classes
Private Classes are specialty classes that are booked by appointment throughout the Studio Term.
On booking a deposit is required and the balance due prior to commencement of the Private Classes.

How to Cancel
To cancel your dance Class, Course or Workshop, please call your Pole Divas studio and speak to the receptionist on duty.

Notice of Cancellation
3.1 Casual Classes/Workshops/Session Cards
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel a Casual Class or Workshop. The Class Fee is not refundable, but with the
required notice, this can be transferred to another class within the same Studio Term, subject to availability.
If you provide us with less than 24 hours notice of cancellation, your Class fee is not refundable or transferable under any
circumstances. This also applies to Session Cards.
3.2 Courses
A minimum of 14 days’ notice is required to cancel your participation in a Course. If you give us the required notice we will refund
your Course fee less the initial booking deposit fee of $100. If you give us less than 14 days’ notice, there is no refund or transfer
on the full Course fee.
If you are unable to attend any of the classes within the Course, we offer you Make-up Classes if you provide us with a minimum
of 24 hours’ notice.
Make-up Classes can only be taken within the same Studio Term as you have paid for, subject to availability. We do not
guarantee that there will be a make-up class available.
If you drop out of a Course halfway through, you will not be entitled to a refund for the remainder of the course.
3.3 Private Classes
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel a Private Class. The deposit is not refundable, but with the required notice,
this can be transferred to another time within the same Studio Term, subject to availability.
If you provide us with less than 24 hours’ notice of cancellation, your deposit is not refundable or transferable under any
circumstances.
3.4 Functions
A minimum of 4 weeks’ notice is required to cancel a Function. The Function deposit is refunded excluding a $100 cancellation
fee or you can transfer your function to another date available time, subject to availability.
If you do not provide us with a minimum of 4 weeks’ notice of cancellation, there is no refund and no transfer on the Deposit in
any circumstances.
3.5 Two Week Casual Class Promotional Offer
24hr notice is required to cancel any casual class you book into under this special. If you do not show up or do not cancel in the
required time frame for any class you have booked into then the special will be cancelled.

Pole Divas reserves the right to change this Cancellation Policy at any time and will post an updated version of this policy on our
website: www.poledivas.com.au.
