Yoga and Cancer - Prasada Yoga Center
About
The
Classes
Yoga's therapeutic benefits provide
cancer patients and survivors an
opportunity to gently stretch, build
strength and deeply relax in a
supportive environment. Specific
movements along with breath and
relaxation techniques help manage
stress and support the immne system.
