Process Flow for Existing Dealers PAN
Verification
1. Dealer will login to the rajtax WebPortal.
2. CTD System will verify the details like Firm Name, Owner Name and PAN
from CBDT Data received on the basis of TIN No.
3. If CTD System found respective TIN No. in CBDT Database, then a screen
will pop-up to the dealer for PAN and Firm Name /Owner Name
verification else dealer will be redirected to eServices WebPage.

Note : On Click of ‘Submit’ Task will be created at your respective REGO.
 All the details under Heading CTD System will be in editable mode.
 No changes can be made in any details provided under CBDT System
Heading.
 eMail Id and Contact No. will be non-mandatory. In case of any updates
in these two fields, task will not be created at REGO AA login and Dealer
will get the message stating that ‘Your Details has been updated.’
 This screen will be displayed to dealer at every login until the dealer will
update the details.
4. On Click of the submit button (if any changes in PAN/Firm Name/Owner
Name), Ack. Receipt will be generated and task will be created at
Respective REGO AA Login.
5. Task will be created under REGO Login as ‘VAT Form05- PAN Updation’.
6. In case of Firm Name and Owner Name Updation, Task for Printing will be
generated at REGO AA Login.
7.
At every stage, dealer will be intimated via eCommunication. If Firm Name
and Owner Name got updated and Approved by AA, then Updated RC will
be displayed under Dealer Login.
