• FIFA Laws of the Game 2014-2015
We will endeavour to give you prior notice and/or
arrange a club referee for your game if an official
referee has not been appointed.
•
The yellow card is used to communicate that
a player has been cautioned. Two cautions
within the same match equates to a red card.
•
The red card is used to communicate that a
player has been sent-off resulting in a
suspension.
•
The referee will record the cautions and/or
send offs on the team sheet. You should
ensure that this has been accurately
recorded for both teams.
•
Our Competition Secretary may retain the
player ID card of any player that has received
a suspension, will liaise with GDSFA regarding
any requirement to attend a judiciary hearing
and will return the card to the team bag
when the player is eligible to play again.

Team Sheets
Team Sheets will be emailed directly to coaches

before Friday. It is the home team’s responsibility
to print the team sheet on white paper, ensure it
is correctly completed and returned to the club.

The home team should provide 2 match
balls.
Locate the manager of the opposing team.
Complete the Rams portion of the team
sheet.
All players must be listed with their number
prior to commencement of the match.
Players cannot be added after the match has
commenced.
Elect a Team Official.
Hand the completed team sheet to the
Match Official prior to commencement of the
game if you are the home team.
Make your player ID cards available for the
manager of the opposing team to check and
ensure all players in the opposing team are
eligible to play by checking their player ID
cards. This is done when players are lined up
prior to kick off. Borrowed players must also
present their ID cards.
The rules state that both teams must mutually
agree on a ref should an official referee not be
available. If you are not able to agree on a
referee, do not forfeit the game, regardless of
whether you are the home or away team. A
report must then be submitted to GDSFA
explaining why a referee could not be agreed
upon and why the match should not be cancelled.
Rouse Hill Rams introduced an Instructional
Referee program in 2013. Instructional Referees
will be provided for Miniroos home games only.
Rouse Hill Rams Soccer Club will not tolerate any
abuse, swearing or inappropriate behaviour from
