ELIGIBILITY GUIDELINES & FEES FUTURE SKILLS WA PARTICIPATION PROGRAM Eligibility criteria to participate in this program and receive funding: - An Australian citizen, or permanent Australian resident, or a New Zealand citizen who has been a resident in Australia for more than 6 months - Residing permanently in WA - 15 years or older - No longer attending school - Receiving either New Start or Youth Allowance and have a current Health Care Card Real Institute will assess your eligibility under Participation Program prior to commencement of training. This training is delivered under the Future Skills WA Program utilising funding from the Western Australian Government to subsidise the cost of training.
